I wish I could give a negative 5 star review. The product never worked for me and when I reached out to them to express my poor experience with it, they refused to honor their own return / warranty policy, which states " product must be in it's original packaging" Well it is, and still has the screen protection strips on it. I only (and unsuccessfully) tried to connect it once and it failed miserably. I complained to them twice before the 30 day return window, and got nowhere. They said the since I opened the package and attempted to use it, they could not accept it back. Well, how could a consumer even know if the product is defective without opening the package and attempting to use it? Ridiculous to say the least. I wish I had done some homework before I made this regrettable purchase. Now I am stuck with this piece of crap. Buyer beware! Steer clear of this shady scam company!
Recommendation: Don't do it, You will REGRET!!

I am currently going through the same experience with the ryoko device I purchased off their website. I did the trouble shooting they asked me to do and then gave up on the device. They tried to offer me a $15 cookbook and some other junk. Never worked, returned in original packaging. They tried to say once opened the device is now "used" and they don't refund used. I reminded them again of their own refund policy.
They even charged me for a second month of data service ($46) AFTER I emailed to cancel the plan asap. So far I'm out over $192 dollars, they say they will evaluate my refund, doubt they give me anywhere the full amount as all the reviews I've never seen anyone get a full refund. Scam company that doesn't stand behind their product. Stay away, there are much options out there. I'll stick with Travlfi for now, much better and worth the little bit of extra cost.

I got hoodwinked by this product almost one year ago. I tried emailing them to their own website provided on the package that contained the device, it came back as no such email address. Then I tried a different email address on their website, same results. After several more attempts I finally found an email address from another source on to whomever on the other end to give me this cock and bull story about it being used!
This POS never worked except for three minute's after opening the package, which btw took 16 days to arrive instead of 7-10!
Also my debit card was charged a total of $150 not the (so-called) discount price $89 + $22.99 for one month of internet trial.
Well it's now been almost a year I thought I got rid of them although I was never refunded and money. I had to actually cancel my debit card in order to (I thought) keep them from charging anymore coin. Yesterday I found out these professional scammers somehow accessed my new debit card and charged me $187.58 for "another" six months if internet 'service" that never worked in the 1st place! I had to call the Social Security office and file a formal complaint and cancel this debit card!
WTF? The only thing I can think of is they're accessing my card via other online purchases, which means they're hacking everyone everywhere?
Oh my gosh I'm gonna have to keep only a certain amount on each card until this is completely figured out and stopped or I'll never be able to shop online without the fear of these creatures lurking in the background?
