It’s been over 70 days since I requested my contract and financial statements from the company. I received no official response, they removed my account manager, and cut off all communication channels. The only way left is live chat, which gives generic, unhelpful replies. As a Diamond VIP client, I find this treatment unacceptable. This shows a clear lack of transparency and raises serious concerns. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.
