On the 15 of January 2023 a purchase was made with my phone and debit card that was stolen I got to see the email when I logged in my email on another I requested for a refund cause the transaction was unauthorized but they refused me the sum of NGN81,946.65 was debited from my bank account and it was my school fees please help me so they can refund my money back to me

Fraudulent activity happened with my phone an unauthorized subscription purchased was carried out due to lost of my debit card and phone my iCloud was tempered

I Purchased, Mspy a week ago paid over $100. The software does not work. It does not monitor messages. It does not monitor pictures. It does not monitor anything you have to download additional software which even with tech-support was not working. I requested a refund. They are denying me a refund because they’re saying I’m denying help from tech-support which I’ve had help many times with the same outcome. The software does not work everything they claim as advertised is a complete scam!

They're placing a charged to your credit without notify and when I call, there are no one to answer your call be careful, this company is scam and product is not working properly, customer support so terrible and you just keep calling all day and luckily once a while someone picked up then talk little bit then phone hung up by themself note: all good review wrote by their insider and aim to scam people stealing our money

I purchased this product based on their website touting great features for both Android and iOS to monitor my son's online activities. Once purchased, I found out quickly that on an iPhone, none of the app monitoring works (Snapchat, Facebook, etc). I contacted customer service immediately to say their product does not work and would like a refund. They offered a 3-month free extension for their useless service. I did not accept their offer as it is completely USELESS. A few emails back and forth (me constantly telling them to provide a refund). Company's business practice is shady and I am surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit against them.

Now I requested my refund as I'm not using it I don't need it

They don't even mention that you need to have acces to the target device

What I want is my money refunded into my account because I'm not in need of their software

The same time I realised that I have purchased after recieving the payment confirmation I requested a refund instead it took me them a while to respond with the below attached emails what doe it mean when you purchases at mspy your a forced to use even when you don't want it no ways this needs to be reported to consumer acts as we are forced to consume what we don't want what we don't need

False advertisement of the product. They state that the tracking is in real time. The demo before you complete the purchase has functions that once you pay, the functions are not there and you have to "upgrade" or get hold of the phone and link it to a computer which defeats the object of monitoring your child's phone discretely any time from your own phone to check on their safety. Complete con and 100% mis sold.

Paid for a month and nothing worked as they said no customer help I email them I tried to speak to a consultant with no success no refund. After a month they took a further payment for a second month when I phoned they were not helpful and rude. She Said the I did not click the box to indicate the that I want to cancel my subscription. In the two month on one was prepared to help me get the app working .I had no information from the target phone. They said a technician would help me to root the target phone but this never happened. The company is a ripoff.

I am very disappointed. It stole my money and gave me nothing

spoke via chat to an agent about my questions about the ability of the service. Explained in detail that was wanting to ensure messaging was captured for all messages including advanced messaging option. Agent said would work just fine.

Fast forward the install of service, you MUST disable advanced messaging which is a big issue.

Have been trying to get a refund after being mislead since a week after purchase always being referred to one of their many mailboxes with no resolution.

When i do actually get a response it is refusal to give money back but offering a % back even though the service is physically unable to work on the target device. I have been its my network, its my messaging app, its everything but their misleading information.

I continue to fight for my refund but all that happens is customer service whether it is chat or call to a email that is hardly responded to

I purchased the product on a 3 month subscription. I didn't realise the software required physical access to the target phone, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. As soon as I got my activation email and realised I need the target phone I contacted Mspy, explaining that I didn't have access to the target phone. They offered to freeze my subscription until I got access to the phone, but I explained that wouldn't work, therefore the product was no good to me.

I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and had chat conversations, but I just get fobbed off.

I requested a refund for they advertised that the service works on an iPhone as well and a jailbroken iPhone. It DO NOT work on an iPhone AT ALL and when trying to reach out to someone, they told me I need to keep getting access to the phone for it to work. If I have to reconnect the phone every day, what is the point and even then no data was collected, no activities were recorded, and nothing was working right. When trying to load current data, the page crashes and logs me out. When I emailed them, they sent me a ticket. At first I didn’t know what it mean then I logged onto my gmail app and saw that I could click the ticket number and link and request for what you are concerned about. I waited a day and checked on it to find they marked it as solved but I never heard back. I wrote to them again and they marked it solved again and no email, no nothing again. This service is terrible, I do not recommend spending any money on this.

iCloud credentials option for following a phones content (apps, messages) via mSpy subscription did not work (wouldn’t accept the credentials of a verified iCloud account), leaving jailbreak as the ONLY workable solution or to pay for a more premium service.

mSpy will not agree to a refund.

This company has it specifically rigid to not provide refunds and costs $$$.

Do not buy this product if you own an ios device. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I carefully read the relevant page of the mSpy website concerning the monitoring of SnapChat and other communications. Fully researching, It was clear that a phone did not require a jailbreak. There is no mention that ONLY a jailbroken device can be used for this purpose. The clear message from the marketing of this company is that all you need to monitor another iphone is the apple id and password, and it could be done remotely. Wrong. I had to physically connect the target phone and the process took ages for transfer. I am tech-savvy, but spent several hours on the chatline trying to get the program to work. The process is ridiculous. I was directed to download and instal "Teamviewer", and then "AnyTrans". Anytrans seems to be a simplistic version of itumes. I don't know... the technician never really told me what it is for. It has no obvious use. It isn't what I asked for. After hours of being passed around between technicians, and being told to call back, I asked about SnapChat etc and was told it could not be monitored unless the phone was jailbroken. So now I am left with a basic tracking device which I don't need - oh, and I had to download ANOTHER program for that, mSpylite or something similar. (i've got Find My iPhone, so it is redundant anyhow). I am about $170 out of pocket. My mSpy portal is not populated with any data, because the phone is not jailbroken. I log into mSPy and it is all blank, not the colourful dashboard you see on the advertising.

This is a terrible rip-off. I have requested a full refund, but having read other's comments, I am not confident of this at all..

Edit. I am now being requested to pay extra money to make the program work. This is despite another email from Accounts saying that I will be refunded. See photos.

Edit 6/7/22 - I have been emailed by the mSpy billing department. They have NOT offered a refund. They have offered additional technical support, suspending my subscription, etc. To rub salt in the wound the following sentence was in the email:

"We can freeze your subscription until you are capable of using it." implying that I am too stupid to operate the software. I repeat again, they mislead you by saying your iPhone does not need to be jailbroken. This is an lie, and when you seek tech assistance you are told at the end that you cannot use an non-jailbroken iPhone to monitor Social media apps. Total, total, scam.

Tip for consumers:

You MUST have a jailbroken ios phone to tack SnapChat etc. Do not be fooled by the advertising.

I downloaded their app on my phone to see how the application works and read about their trial version but they charged me the full amount on my credit card and now no revert on refund . The cancellation of the product through email was made the next day as the application was very complicated to understand but its hard to reach them.

They do not offer any demo, first I had to pay. NOT Satisfied NO Refunds. The worst thing with their app is, It hangs the phone a lot. My kid got irritated and deleted it on 2nd day. All my money is wasted.

Their app has nothing extra, all their features are available free of cost on android with GOOGLE PARENTAL CONTROL.

They are not safe. After subscribing their pack to monitor my kid, I am being continuously attacked by hackers via sms and emails. It asks to download that same MSPY APP.

I set up an account 6th Feb and within 40 minutes of clicking confirm I realised I had made an error and signed up to pay a year subscription in one go. I emailed the billing department to cancel my order amd stated I hadn't signed into the account.

I have had a reply toddy to say that this will not get approved. I am not happy that they would not authorise a refund for an order made in error and noticed so quickly.

These hackers team are such a wonderful tech team of geniuses that i’d recommend to everyone, (remotespytech @ gmail) com who provides services for anyone to track cellphones with ease and without getting caught. Why am I recommending them? Because they have proved their worth by providing the correct information via reliable service and now many well-known platforms you must have heard off are endorsing their service for tracking and spying purposes.

This is the worst monitoring app out there. Do not fall for the pages and pages of misinformation by search results. Its all paid propaganda with google and it does not work at all for iphone

I had bought a subscription a couple of weeks ago and today 12-5-21 I was trying to log in and I was charged for another subscription I do not want anymore subscription please cancel and refund

I read the website carefully to ensure that I could access what I wanted on my child's iPhone without it being jailbroken. No where was there any mention that access was limited unless I downloaded something onto a computer or unless the phone was jailbroken. I attempted to log in on my phone and was unable to see much. I reached out to customer service and complained about the information I read was not correct and was told via chat by a representative Briana on 6/24/21 (direct quote) "Unfortunately, the information on the website hasn't been updated." I requested a full refund due to being mislead. She passed me on to customer service.

I exchanged emails until 8/11/21 with more than one person, the last being Melissa Broflovski, who argued with me that I was not eligible for a refund per their policy. I pointed out multiple times that the website information was inaccurate and that I should not have to pay for service that I couldn't use due to their error. And after refunding a small portion of my money, they refused to speak to me about the issue.

To whom it may concern

It is ironic that when you purchase the product from Mspy there is no outline stating what there refund policy is only when you request a refund they send you a full policy which looks that under no circumstances you are eligible for a refund. What if you made a mistake what if you changed your mind or for any other reasons should they not give you the option to revise your decision within a certain period then you just get emails stating they decline your refund what is my rights then NONE.

HIGLY UNACCEPTABLE 😡
