To whom it may concern,

An Iranian senior couple (my parents) are looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment from August 1, 2021 at 6061 Yonge Street because its very convenient to live near Iranian plaza. I've been in contact with Kyle Forster (Site Administrator -[protected] [protected]@6061yonge.com) since March 29, 2021 and I can forward you the email thread.
June 14, 2021 He told me he still can't show the unit due to COVID rules.
June 28, 2021 I called him to get an update he told me still he can't show the unit to call again July 2, 2021. I went to the office on July 2, 2021 and got the first showing appointment Which was July 05, 2021 at 4:00 pm
Today (July 5) at 9:42 am he called me and said they already approved an application and he needs to cancel my appointment.
I want to know what is the reason we were not given a chance when he knew I was interested from Months in advance. Is it because they are seniors? Or we are Iranian?

I will be looking in to legal assistance in this matter

I am righting this while there is a water shutdown on a Saturday night and I have no access to any customer service. This is not the first time in this month that we have such an issue more 5 times in the last two weeks.
This is sooo frustrating because of the poor customer service at this building.
There are tons of issues at this point in the building one worse than the other. The stairs to the parking level is the most horrible one while no one is even trying to swipe the floors from the dust, garbage, mold and dead animal.
I am so embaressed to bring any guest to this building. I have talked about it to many people but all the reactions are careless and mostly rude. I will take my complain to the court and city hall since the quality level of this building is less than Zero.
