Hello Team,

I cancelled my MPP (Last6 of VIN 513734) on Feb 13th 2023 since I was planning to sell my car. I was informed by MPP support that my cancellation checks have been issued and send to Nissan Finance. So I assumed all the checks have been cleared.

After I sold my car on May1st 2023 I got a call from Debt Dept Nissan Finance saying there was a payment due of $614 after the Payoff which I was delinquent of Payment. But I was not aware of the check cancellation issue from MPP, I was not informed by mail or phone.

So I had multiple follow-ups with MPP Customer service for re-issuing the check in July2023 and after almost 5-6 calls I managed to get the check re-issued. MPP had issued 2 checks again split ($22.62 and $592.13).

But again Nissan Finance have not received the check of $592.13 and only received check of $22.62 on Aug6th.

This delay is causing payment delinquent in my credit history, please help in re-issue of check again, I spoke to customer service today, they are again saying to wait for 30 days to cancel and re-issue a new check
