IMOVERS LLC damaged all my solid wood furniture, put a hole in walls at move pick up and drop off. Didn't wrap or take apart correctly a sleep number bed. It was ripped from the base and arrived black and dirty. They left furniture on my front lawn. They ripped leather dining chairs and damaged dining table on top and sides. They are a scam and unprofessional. I filed a claim with their insurance carrier CSI Pros and they sent the claim to the mover to pay out.

Claimed loss: 10,000

Desired outcome: payment of the mere 0.60cents/lb of damage
