On 5/26/22, I moved into a new home. Movers damaged two walls and one table. I turned in all claims to their insurance provider and after 6 months and a handful of follow ups on my part, I finally heard back from them. They denied my claim on the table (did not specify why) and offered me just $100. I called to inquire why and I was told that I could "just go get some puddy and fix it myself". I am not a professional. They refused to do anymore and told me that I referred to damage as a "scratch" instead of a "hole" and for that reason, they couldn't do anymore. I now must hire a contractor to properly restore both walls and fix table. I am likely out thousands of dollars. Just want to make sure no one else is bamboozled by this group.

Desired outcome: Ideally, I think a professional contractor should come out and restore my walls to how they looked prior to the movers damaging them and all associated costs should be covered by Moving Claim Services.
