Move Yourself Trailer hitch

l recently hired a car trailer from a ampol service station drove from caboolture to south side of Brisbane loaded a small car on and proceeded to drive home it had a different hitch one that I never seed before apparently from the states. Proceeded to drive home and trailer hitch came off and dinted my tailgate. brakes locked on. Rang Moveyourself only to get answering service on help there had to call a tow truck and cost $1250 to get car and trailer home no compensation or appolagy from trailer company.

Recommendation: Don’t hire

Move Yourself Frustrating Website Navigation and Overpriced Services

I gotta say, I had a tough time figuring out how to use Move Yourself's website. It was like trying to find my way through a maze! And let's talk about the prices, man. Seventy bucks for just a four-hour hire? That's way too steep for my liking. I mean, come on, I'm just trying to move some stuff, not buy a mansion!

Move Yourself Inconvenient One-Way Trailer Rental Policy: 200km Drive for Pickup!

So, I was lookin' to rent a one-way trailer from Move Yourself, ya know? But guess what? They straight up told me that if I wanted one, I had to drive a whopping 200 kilometers just to pick it up! Can ya believe that? What a joke, right?

Move Yourself Difficulty Booking Trailer on Move Yourself's Website

I gotta say, I had a real tough time tryin' to book a trailer on Move Yourself's website. It was all sorts of confusin' that I just couldn't figure it out. Ended up throwin' in the towel and bookin' one over at trailerrentals.com.au instead.

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Move Yourself. I was waiting at a service station for a good 40 minutes because their computer was on the fritz. It was a real pain, let me tell you. Move Yourself Mixed Experience with Trailer Rental: Easy Service & Fair Price, but Trailer Maintenance Needs Improvement

Easy service and a fair price, but gotta say, the trailer was a bit of a mess. The hitch was all worn out, like it had seen better days. And don't even get me started on the wheel bearings, they had more play than a playground. And to top it all off, the brakes were a no-go. Not a great start, I must say.

Move Yourself Disappointing Experience with Move Yourself: Trailer Lights and Wheel Rim Issues Caused Damage

I recently used Move Yourself (moveyourself.com.au) for a move, and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed. The lights on the trailer didn't work right, which was a real pain. It made it difficult to see properly when driving, and that's not something you want when you're trying to move your stuff safely.

But that's not all. The left wheel rim was all messed up, so the trailer wobbled like crazy when it was being towed. This was a big problem, especially when it came to moving delicate items like China and glass. Even though I made sure to secure everything properly, the wobbling caused some serious damage. It's really frustrating when you take precautions and still end up with broken stuff.

Overall, I have to say I was disappointed with Move Yourself. The issues with the lights and the wheel rim really put a damper on the whole moving experience. Moving is already stressful enough as it is, and dealing with these problems just added unnecessary hassle. I expected better from a professional moving service.

I hope Move Yourself takes these issues seriously and works on improving their equipment. Moving is a big deal, and customers deserve to have a smooth and problem-free experience. I wouldn't recommend Move Yourself based on my own experience, but maybe they'll step up their game in the future.

Move Yourself Disappointing Experience with Move Yourself: Lack of Straps, Inadequate Platform, and Unhelpful Staff

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Move Yourself. They seriously need to give some warnings before you go ahead and book with them. First of all, they don't provide any straps to secure your vehicle on their platform. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to transport my car safely without any straps? It's just plain ridiculous.

And that's not all. Their platform is a total letdown too. It's not designed to accommodate any modern vehicles. The ramps are way too short, and the platform sits way too tall. I mean, come on, Move Yourself, get with the times! How am I supposed to load my car onto that thing if it's not even designed for modern vehicles? It's just a waste of time and money.

But wait, it gets even worse. The staff at Move Yourself don't know a thing. Seriously, they're clueless. I had some questions about the whole process, and they couldn't give me any helpful answers. It's like they have no idea what they're doing. If you're gonna run a business like this, at least have knowledgeable staff who can assist customers properly.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Move Yourself to anyone. They need to step up their game and fix these major issues. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and find a better moving service. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Move Yourself Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Move Yourself: A Review

I recently had an experience with Move Yourself and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The whole process started off on the wrong foot when we encountered an unhelpful attendant at the Shell station. Instead of providing clear instructions on what needed to be done, she rudely exclaimed that we had to login to collect the trailer at the side. Talk about a lack of customer service!

But the disappointment didn't end there. When my husband went to collect the trailer connection, he too was met with rudeness from the same attendant. It's really disheartening when you're trying to get things done and you're met with such unfriendly behavior.

Despite these setbacks, we were determined to make our move happen. We managed to collect the trailer and get everything loaded up. The trailer itself was in decent condition and seemed sturdy enough for our belongings. It was a relief to see that at least one aspect of our experience with Move Yourself was satisfactory.

The actual moving process went relatively smoothly. We were able to transport our belongings without any major issues. The trailer held up well during the journey, which was a relief considering the initial negative encounter we had with the attendant.

Overall, while our experience with Move Yourself had its fair share of hiccups, we were able to complete our move successfully. It's just a shame that we had to deal with unhelpful and rude staff members along the way. Moving is already a stressful process, and encountering such behavior only adds to the frustration.

I hope that Move Yourself takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issue of their staff's attitude. It's important to remember that good customer service can make or break a business. Move Yourself Mixed Bag Experience with Move Yourself: Trailer Socket Issues and Helpful Service, but Inconvenient Repairs

So, I recently had an experience with Move Yourself and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. You see, the socket on the trailer I rented was all busted up, which was a major bummer. But hey, life happens, right?

Luckily, the service station dude I talked to was super understanding and helpful. He really showed some sympathy for my situation, which was a relief. And when I called up the call centre the next day to report the problem, they really took charge and tried to sort things out for me. Gotta give 'em credit for that.

But here's the thing, even with all their efforts, I still ended up having to do some janky repair work on the trailer. I mean, who wants to spend a couple of hours rewiring a trailer at midnight? Definitely not me, that's for sure.

Overall, I appreciate the effort Move Yourself put in to fix the problem, but it was still a major inconvenience for me. It would've been nice if the trailer was in better shape to begin with, ya know? But hey, at least the service station guy and the call centre folks were there to lend a hand.

So yeah, if you're thinking about using Move Yourself, just be prepared for the possibility of some hiccups along the way. It's not a perfect experience, but hey, life's not perfect either.
