Holeshotz Performance - no merchandise, no refund
My 15 year old daughter saved her money for a year. She ordered a X19 HR super bike from Jay at HoleshotzPerformance. She sent him $649. on April 5, 2009. He has still not sent the bike and he refuses to refund the money. He won't return my calls, or answer his phone. He did call me once claiming again that the bike was on the way. 2009 Tomos Streetmate R - Problems
We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it.
