Moteefe My Disastrous Experience with Moteefe: Terrible Sizing and Customer Service

So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with this website called Moteefe. I was pretty stoked when I found out about them, because they have a ton of super cool t-shirts and stuff that I was just dying to get my hands on. But boy, was I in for a rude awakening when I actually received my order.

I ordered three t-shirts, all with the same design because I just couldn't decide which one I wanted more. Two of them were XL and the other was an L. I was excited to try them on, but when they arrived, I was really disappointed. The sizing was waaaaay off. I could barely even get the XLs on, and the L basically looked like it was made for a baby.

I was pretty peeved, to say the least. I looked for a packing slip in the box so I could figure out how to contact the company, but there wasn't one. So, I had no choice but to pay to mail them back to the sender and initiate a dispute.

I thought for sure they would understand my frustration and be willing to work with me to make it right. But boy, was I wrong. The customer service was just terrible. They didn't even seem to care that the sizing was totally off. They told me I needed to send a picture of the "defective" products before they would even consider anything. And when I did, they just said "too bad, so sad."

To make matters worse, they sent me this crazy long, five-page form to fill out for the dispute. I mean, come on, seriously? All I wanted was for them to acknowledge that they screwed up and be willing to work with me to fix it. But nope, they just kept giving me the runaround.

Now, I'm out over $70 and I still don't have any t-shirts to show for it. I had to spend another $6.38 to mail them back, and even after all of that, I'm still stuck with the charge.

I can honestly say that I will never, ever order from this website again. The customer service was atrocious, the sizing was way off, and they just seemed completely unwilling to work with me to fix the issue. So if you're thinking about ordering from Moteefe, I would strongly advise against it.

Moteefe Beware: Moteefe.com Steals Designs and Sells Cheap Quality Merchandise

Yo, listen up. I gotta tell you about moteefe.com. They done gone and jacked my t-shirt design and now them and their buddies are sellin' it. But get this, they're sellin' it for way cheaper than what I was gonna sell it for and the quality is straight garbage.

Thankfully, I got some legal eagle on my side, but it's takin' forever for them to do their thing. But here's the thing, ya'll. If you got some dope artwork that these goons try to steal, all you gotta do is get some screenshots with the dates and the courts will hook you up. It's true, my homies. I done it for my clients and they got paid.

Let's shut these fools down. Put their names and addresses all over your socials and let folks know that they stealin' from the little guy. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Moteefe Moteefe Review: A Disaster of an Experience - Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays

So, here's the scoop - I gotta give a heads up to any of you thinking of using Moteefe (moteefe.com). I placed an order for four shirts from their Knteestore as a birthday present for my friend, but it's been a bit of a disaster so far.

First, the money was deducted from my card as soon as I placed the order - I mean, not even a second later. Then the saga began. Only one of the four items shipped out on the 29th and when I checked the transit site, it said that the remaining three items would be shipped out on October 28th. Wait, what?! That's a whole month away!

I mean, seriously, what kind of business are they running here? And to add salt to the wound, there is no way I am going to receive these three items by my friend's birthday, which is coming up real soon. I've tried emailing Moteefe's customer service several times about this problem, but all they seem to say is "We appreciate your patience".

What patience? I ain't got all day! I need these shirts delivered for my friend's birthday and I need them now. The customer service is really pathetic, to be honest, it's like they don't even care.

So, to sum up: if you're cool with being kept in the dark about shipping times and don't mind an unhelpful customer service experience, then Moteefe might be for you. But if you're like me, and need things to be delivered on time with some sort of communication along the way, then you might want to look elsewhere.

Moteefe Avoid Moteefe: Sub-Standard Products and Terrible Service

This company isn't the best! I bought 3 TShirts from here in sizes M, L and XL but to my surprise, all TShirts turned out to be really small. I even followed their website's instructions of ordering one size up, but that didn't seem to work. Additionally, the TShirts seemed to be of inferior quality and came with different labels. It was almost as if they had been designed for kids!

When I reached out to the customer service team to ask them about this issue, I was asked to measure all the TShirts and take pictures of everything - it felt like a lot of work, to be honest. After all these efforts, they didn't refund my $70.00 or even send me the correct sizes. They simply declined my request, saying that there was "nothing they could do!" This is really disappointing!

I strongly advise you not to trust this company or fall prey to their gimmicks. Don't waste your hard-earned money on sub-standard products and terrible service. Be smart and avoid Moteefe at all costs!

Moteefe Moteefe.com Review: Late Delivery, Poor Print Quality, and Shady Business Tactics

I gotta be honest, I ordered a couple of those T-shirts from Moteefe.com, and while they were good quality, the print on them left me wanting a bit more. It just didn't look as fantastic as I was hoping it would.
But you know what really grinds my gears? The delivery. Oh man, don't even get me started. They have this option for 2-day delivery, which I was happy to pay a little extra for. But guess what? It took them 3 whole days to even print my dang order! I made the order on a Sunday, and they didn't even get around to printing it until Wednesday. I mean, what is that even about?
And to top it all off, they didn't even tell me about the wait time until after I'd already paid for the 2-day delivery. Talk about shady.
So of course, when I reached out to customer service to see about getting a refund for that extra delivery charge, they just flat-out refused. Rude.
I realized that when I was originally checking out their reviews, a lot of them seemed really positive. But then I realized that a lot of those high-rated reviews were from invited reviewers. Can't trust 'em.
Honestly, if you're thinking about ordering from Moteefe.com, just read the 1-star reviews and save yourself the trouble.

Moteefe Warning: Stay Away from Moteefe for Business - No Tracking and Poor Customer Support

I gotta warn y'all, if yous thinkin' 'bout doin' biz with Moteefe, yous better think twice. They ain't givin' no tracking numbers for yo' order but still claim yo' package has been sent out and they want yous to go scoutin' for it with yo' neighbors. And that ain't all, they say they gonna take ACTION after 5 days if yo' order ain't reachin' yous but nothing happens. They even beputtin' yo' case on hold and makin' yous wait another five days before even lookin' into it. And trust me when I say this - NEVER received our order.

Now I'll tell yous, legit companies - they be givin' you yo' tracking numbers and addressin' any issues. No messin' around.

In all honesty, stay away from Moteefe. Best thing to do is to report them to Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. Y'all don't wanna go through the same headache as we did.

Moteefe Moteefe Review: Shady Business Practices and Disappointing Service

So I finally decided to give Moteefe a try and ordered a wooden quote plaque for my mom for Mother's Day. I gave myself plenty of time, ordering 7 whole days before the big day. But, unfortunately, I received an email letting me know that my delivery would actually be arriving the day after - on March 23rd. I was pretty bummed out about it, because I thought I had given myself enough time for the delivery to arrive before the big day.

But then even worse things happened! It's already April 3rd and my order still hasn't come in! I'm starting to get pretty anxious about it, because it's becoming increasingly clear that it never got sent out. They just took my money and ran! Can you even believe it? And to make matters worse, the only way to contact them is through an email address - which they don't even respond to!

One of the most concerning things about their shady business practices is that they were being sponsored on Instagram. How could an Instagram sponsored company treat their customers like this? I mean, they have my card details and I don't even have my Mother's Day gift yet!

Overall, I'd say you're better off spending your money elsewhere. Don't bother with Moteefe, because chances are good that you'll end up with nothing but disappointment.

Moteefe Disappointing Experience with Moteefe's Slow Delivery & Lack of Communication - Don't Recommend

I recently had an experience with Moteefe when I ordered a Harry Styles shirt for my daughter's birthday. The birthday came and went on March 7th, but we were willing to wait until March 23rd, 2021, still part of her birthday month, to receive our order. Unfortunately, we are still waiting! I have reached out to Moteefe several times to inquire about the status of our delivery, but all they ever tell me is to wait a little longer. It's been weeks already, and my daughter is still without her birthday gift. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the slow delivery from Moteefe.

I've tried to be patient, but it's getting increasingly frustrating not knowing where the package is or when it will arrive. Moteefe has not even provided us with a tracking number, so we have no way of tracking the shipment ourselves. I'm starting to wonder if the package is lost in transit, and if so, when will Moteefe take responsibility and offer a refund? My daughter's birthday is long past, and I am left with no other option but to seek a refund - that's more than R500 in wasted money!

Overall, my experience with Moteefe has been disappointing, to say the least. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future, as their lack of communication and slow delivery times are unacceptable. If you're looking for quality products delivered on time, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Moteefe Mixed experience with Moteefe - Insulin Pump Women's Hoodie Review

Yo, I gotta be real with y'all about my experience with Moteefe. I copped this dope insulin pump woman's hoodie in plum XS, it was straight fire. I was hyped af to drop some cash on it. Ordered it on April 16th and my card got charged April 17th. Fast forward a few weeks and it's been a whole GD month with no hoodie, no word from Moteefe, and no tracking info. I'm heated, man.

But yo, hold up. Today, May 18th, I finally got a message from Moteefe on Facebook. It took 'em long enough, damn. But at least I finally got a response, and today I received the hoodie. It's not too shabby, but it does run small. So, if you wanna cop something from Moteefe, I suggest sizing up.

Overall, it ain't the end of the world, but Moteefe definitely needs to step up their communication game. It would've been nice to know if my order was even being processed or if it got lost in the mail or something. So yeah, take this review with a grain of salt and don't be in a rush to get your stuff from Moteefe.

Moteefe Disappointing Customer Service and Product Quality from Moteefe

So, let me tell you 'bout my experience with Moteefe. First off, the shirt I got was all messed up, like hella defective, so I hit up their customer service right quick. They said to send in a pic and they'd take care of it. Alright, that's reasonable, I thought. Next thang I know, few days go by and they tell me they're gonna replace my shirt. Fine, fine. But then, I tell 'em I want a diff size for the replacement, and they don't even respond to that. They just send the same size shirt again. Like, what the heck, Moteefe? I was worried I wouldn't even get a replacement at all, but eventually it arrived. And I gotta say, it wasn't worth all the trouble. And ain't nobody even bothered to apologize for the mix-up. So, basically, their customer service ain't great and their products ain't mind-blowing. I'd say, jus' avoid this company.
