On May 29, 2026, I had a video call with Mostbet verification team. I passed it. I submitted ALL documents they asked for — passport, bank statement, photo of my payment card (even with faded numbers).
During that video call, their agent told me: "We will review your account within 14 days."
Now, 14 days have passed. My account is STILL frozen. My money is locked. Support ignores me or sends generic replies.
Today I received an email from Mostbet Security Service saying verification takes "60 days" and they can extend it even more.
You promised 14 days. Now you say 60 days. You lied. If not — I will post this complaint on every platform: Şikayetvar, Trustpilot, social media. I have nothing to lose.
