So, my car was busted in a parking lot and I had to leave it there overnight. When I came back the next day, it was gone - towed by Morris and Sons Towing. I had to pay a whopping $440 to get it back from their yard. But here's the kicker - the back trunk was all dented in and the tail light was cracked! I was so mad, I called them up and they told me to go to their website and file a complaint. Ugh.

I had a bad experience with Morris and Sons Towing. My car got towed while I was at a shop for a short time. They claimed I was there for longer than I actually was and there were no signs posted where I parked. I tried to dispute the towing, but their website didn't have any information on how to do so. Not happy with their service.

Morris and Sons Towing is a scam. They sent me a letter saying I owe them money for towing my car, but they never even towed it. I never got an invoice or anything, and they won't answer the phone. I don't even live at the address they sent the letter to, it was forwarded by the post office. There's no address listed for where they supposedly towed my car, and the police department has no record of it being released to them. This is the first time I'm hearing about it and I'm being scammed.

I'm a single mom and I was parked in front of my house for like 7 mins to bring in a big thing. But Morris and Sons Towing took my car while I was doing that. I even saw them leaving and tried to catch them, but they drove away fast. I called my office and they said they need to take a picture with the time when the car is parked and then another one 15 mins later if it's still there. But they can't give me those pics. I complained to the company to get my money back, but they said no. This is the worst service ever.

I was staying at my friend's place on August 24, and parked my 2006 Acura TSX in my usual spot. However, when I woke up the next day to go to work, my car was nowhere to be found. After some investigation, I found out that Morris and Sons Towing had taken it away for blocking the gate at my apartment complex. I was confused because I knew I had parked in my usual spot and not blocked any gates.

When I contacted Morris and Sons, they told me that my car was towed from my apartment complex. However, when I went to their lot on August 25, I discovered that my car was actually parked at a different location on *** Emergent Way. To make matters worse, when I checked inside my car, I realized that all my belongings and important documents were missing. It turned out that my car had been stolen and then parked at a different location, blocking a garage.

I was extremely upset and frustrated that nobody had notified me about my car being stolen. The towing company had lied to me about where it was towed from, and I had to file a stolen report. To add insult to injury, security told me that my boxes were on the car and the truck where it was towed, but now everything was gone.

Overall, my experience with Morris and Sons Towing was terrible. They towed my car from the wrong location, and then it was stolen while in their possession. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I parked in a parking lot and got towed by Morris and Sons Towing. They said there was a 1-hour limit, but I didn't see any signs except for one behind a tree. When I went to get my car, Driver 65 said there was also a sign on the ground, but I didn't see anything. I showed him a photo of where I parked, but he didn't answer me. There was no sign on the ground in the photo. If I had seen the sign, I wouldn't have parked there. I didn't want to go behind their big fence at night with a stranger, so I asked if my mom could come with me. They wouldn't let her and threatened to call the police on her for trespassing. That's not a good policy. I called the police, but Driver 65 said everyone was busy.

I wanna talk about Morris and Sons Towing. My girlfriend's car got towed from a non-designated parking spot on 6/25/22 in ***, . We called Morris and Sons to set up a pick up time later that night. When we got the car back, we heard a weird sound. We told the staff, but they said we had to file a claim online. The next day, we took the car to a licensed shop and they said the exhaust, catalytic converter, bumper, and reflector were all damaged. We filed a claim but haven't heard back in over a month. We've tried to contact them, but they don't help us. My invoice number is 36048. I want them to pay for all the damages and labor to fix my 2020 *** CX-5. I also want my $445.00 back and compensation for my wasted time. If they don't help, I'll take them to small claims court.
