I first learned of MorningSave watching a Talk Show...never tried to order anything just checked it out...but finally I saw something I've seen in many stores but didn't want pay the prices placed on same product so expensive. Then I finally saw it very recently & couldn't believe how much! Definitely hurried & placed my order, just wish I ordered 2...hopefully it will offered again...MorningSave is the perfect name.BTW I ordered the MaxKare Shiatsu Shoulder Massager with Kneading & Heat...it is wonderful...love the loops for placing your wrist in and it is so great on my pain in my due a nerve pain but it has already help decrease that pain...plus it's saving me from going to therapy to pay a high copay for the same form of massage. My doctor approved this too.
I recommend both this product and MorningSave for GREAT FABULOUS DEALS!

Excellent product and service. I had an issue ordering multiples and the staff response was wonderful and quick. Kudos! I ordered the Shark Ion vacuum and absolutely love it. My mother was so impressed she also ordered the Shark Ion vacuum too... All your products I've ordered are top quality and haven't had any returns. Love the site and do use it. Only thing I wish would be free shipping and faster processing/shipping. Took a little over a week but not everyone is Amazon and has the staffing for that so I understand and am not complaining. :) But if I had a wish - that would be free shipping esp with multiple orders. I don't want to pay the $4.99 a month fee as my purchasing isn't always monthly. Highly recommend the Shark... my house has never felt cleaner. Amazing little thing gets a lot of dust and dirt. Morning Save lives up to its promises
I have ordered quite a few things from you guys and have given out for Birthday and Mother's Day gift, unfortunately I lost my mother all of a sudden on 4/20/2019, so it was a sad day for my kids, granddaughters, husband and of course my self... I was able to get all the stuff I ordered for that day and for our New House that will be done the first week of July 2019, but then again my mother will not be physically there to celebrate it, something that she had always wanted me to do, due to the fact I have literally been fighting my Diagnoses of RA and Fibromyalgia since 2013 when I was 40 years old and the brand new diagnosis of Lupus this past year... I thank God Everyday that I am able to enjoy life with my family, but also thank him for a business likes yours that sell these things at a reasonable price... I recommend anyone to look into this, you will be amazed...

I am so please with the customer service of this company. I purchased a Fitbit tracker and could not get it to work. I contacted MorningSave and was told I would need a portable device with Bluetooth in order for it to work. I explained being an older person, I did not have a Bluetooth device. I am old school and still have a landline phone. Well these wonderful people, even though my purchase stated no refund if you have buyers remorse because you are receiving the items at a such a considerable discount, went above and beyond what I call good customer service. I explained I would have to save up my money (being retired) to get this Bluetooth thing. Well these wonderful people not only refunded my money, but allowed me to keep the tracker I ordered. Talk about making a customer happy they did that for me. I will definitely continue to shop with MorningSave, Again thank you MorningSave.

I have ordered a couple things off of morning safe.com and now for some reason since April my account has been charged $6.41 every month to my credit card ending in 8086. I would like to know why this is happening. It should not be and I would like to get refunded this money! When I buy something I pay for it in full I don’t understand why you are taking out a monthly fee when you should not be!
Desired outcome: I would like my $6.41 a month back to my account that started in April 20 24 and is still going on right now. I did get a new bank card for that account for that reason so I would appreciate a phone call at [protected].

Impressions of Morningsave's Service and Customer Support
In my experience with MorningSave, I have to say that while their overall service has been satisfactory, their slow shipping can be quite frustrating. But what really disappointed me was when I purchased a Power Precision cooker that turned out to be defective. When we contacted the manufacturer about the issue, they directed us to Morningsave's customer service. Unfortunately, the only way to reach out to them was through email, and we had to wait for two long days before we received a response. To our dismay, the reply only told us to contact the manufacturer again.
It seems that Morningsave's customer service team doesn't have a phone number, and now I understand why. It's because they cannot handle complaints or problems with their customers' purchases as efficiently as other brands. When I finally got through to someone and submitted my complaint, I was told that I needed to return the product at my expense and that they had to either refund or replace it.
Unfortunately, this product had already been discontinued due to its defects, so I had to sit and wait for yet another response from Morningsave. It was quite inconvenient and frustrating, but when they did reply, they offered to refund the full amount I had spent on the cooker.
Overall, I would say that Morningsave's service is decent, but their customer service could be improved. It would have been better if there was a phone number we could call to speak to an agent directly, instead of having to wait for days to receive responses through emails. Additionally, refunds should have been easier to obtain. But, I am happy that they eventually refunded my money.

I ordered 2 King size pillow but received queen size. They were shipped 1/16/25 but not received until 2/11/25 The order came weeks after promised delivery date because label was covered and box mismarked. I have emailed Customer Support at Morning Save twice and have not heard back from the vendor.
Used 2x and now it will not move, I have cleaned the sensors and roller.
It gives me commands to clean which I do and it will say it needs to charge when it is fully charged.
I purchased 2 Calming Heat Massaging Heat Wraps (Sharper Image) on Oct. 22, 2024 from Advance MORNINGSAVE.COM on tv and they’re defective. It was on the Today Show or ABC, but probably NBC’s Today Show. I’m sometimes able to turn them on, but most times unable! They are unreliable and would love them to work consistently.
