I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with More Than a Backpack. Their website talks a big game about their return policy, but it's all smoke and mirrors. When you actually try to return something, you find out that YOU have to pay to ship it all the way to China. That's some shady stuff, if you ask me. It's basically like they don't even accept returns at all, because who's gonna pay more to ship something back than it's even worth? Not me, that's for sure. So if you're thinking about buying from these guys, just be warned that you might be stuck with whatever you get.

I decided to order a backpack for my daughter on December 7th and received a notification that it had been shipped. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.
To make matters worse, I later found out that the backpack had shipped from China. If I had known this beforehand, I never would have ordered anything from this company. As of January 21st, I still had not received the backpack and there was no updated shipping information available. I was left with no choice but to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend using this company.
