Bottom line is this scammer owes me over $6000 for cell phones I purchased from him. I wired the money over 2 months ago and all I have received is a stole iphone and a shattered iphone. I've pressed charges at the police station and filed a civil suit, if anyone has more information on this coward please let me know.
2 refunds of $100 where made ($200) total, balance owed is $5800. Have not been payed. I sent you $6000, you sent me a phone that has been reported lost/stolen and a phone that is shattered. And $200, as well as a $500 check the bounce because of a closed account. If iam not fully refunded this week, I will post emails, bounce check, poor phones, wire transfers and our txt and email conversations.
Still haven't received my refund from Evan Taylor, he wants me to take this post down before he refunds "my money" the post is the pure truth, I will post all his information and pictures of the stolen and broken phone he sent, as well as the bad check he sent me. i will also post txt message and email conversations. This guy iso a crook, and do not! send him any money, he will steal it and promise the world, and you will receive nothing, i pray he gets caught soon and behind bars. if you need any more information about this fool please do message me.

Evan Taylor agreed to fully refund me by this Saturday December 7th 2013, if not I will repost the complaint with detailed information.
He is very good indeed. I got scammed out of $400, although that is what I was willing to lose after he explained hos third party credit card processing. The original order was going to be over 7, 000.
He is so good that he even called my credit card company three way and worded the question in a way that the representative told me I would be covered if the product did not arrive. Being hesitant of this, I called after we hung up and explained in detail to a supervisor and she told me otherwise.
Being aware of that I lowered my risk to 400. It is a shame that this original complaint did not come up on Google search before as I Googled his information back in Feb and this did not come up.
Any way to change the resolved status to the complaint?
This guy tried to scam me a few years back, total fraud, I called the building security and they stated the company was long gone. He sent me some corporate docs which were 2-3 years old. I notified the FBI and Attorney general and they didn't care. At the time he was peddling Verizon 9930 and was total bull. I have to admit, he was good. Sent really nice powerpoint presentations and what not. These guys should be burned to the stake. His name was Taylor Hollemon at that time. If you want to send me your email I can forward anyone anything they like on this ###. Total POS.
