Mont Sky Real Estate LLC review: Everything

These guys are liars and scam artists. They reel you in with their for sale by owner company Hauseit by baiting you with a nice low price pretending to roll the red carpet out then they'll try and upsell you into thinking you have no choice but to take what they offer. I was pressured to eventually list with their full service real estate brokerage which is what Mont Sky Real Estate is. They are the same owners (Hauseit and Mont Sky Real Estate) and this is their dishonest model. They use their low fee for sale by owner facade before they start their tirade of upselling to ultimately get you to list with their full service brokerage. Stay away! The guy Chris Zhou (owner) is a fly by night trickster who won't think twice to take advantage of your vulnerabilities and weaknesses to exploit for his gain.
