Mollyish Clothing (Order plus International) Hong Kong review: Scam company - fraudulently obtaining money from consumers

I wish to bring to your attention a company operating in the name of Mollyish Clothing who are operating unethically and fall under Order Plus which I have been advised is based in Hong Kong and they have a lot of websites under this name. Please refer to this link below

I am sure this is not the first complaint of this nature that has been brought to your attention, however this Molllyish Clothing, which is part of Order Plus are advertising clothes on their websites that they do not have in stock, taking months to send any items (blaming CoVid for everything), they are keeping the money and advising consumer that they cannot process refunds and they have also sent me one item that I did not order, asking me to keep it in place of something I ordered and advising they will not refund but can only offer a voucher, which I do not want to accept.

Not only are they advertising items that are not in stock, but they are also falsely advertising the sizes. For a couple of items that I ordered, I ordered the XL size and the items that they did send did not look like what was on the website and the sizes were more for a very skinny person

I am not expecting you to get my money back for me, however I want to bring this to your attention as they are operating in Hong Kong and I would like to stop this company cheating millions of other people out of their money. I have seen many complaints raised about this company, but as I do not live in Hong Kong, I am unable to take this up further with them, but I believe Consumer Rights Organisation in Hong Kong will be in a position to take action against this company and take steps to stop this happening further to many other consumers.

I am continuously asking them to advise me of their business address, their business license number, but they are refusing to provide me with this information. I have kept copies of all the communication between myself and the company which I can pass over to you to take action against the company. They are obviously a fraudulent company scamming millions out of money and per attached reports.
