This place is a scam. They must be getting some kind of kickback from the timeshares! I started my exit process with them in June and I still haven't gotten any results! They hardly ever answer their phone, and they never return calls or emails! They are definitely running a scam! They took a ton of money from so many people and they're even worse than the timeshares!

Me and my hubby got told about Mokfetta law firm by Sell my timeshare now. They said if we cough up more dough on top of what we already paid, they could bail us out of our timeshare in a year. It's been nearly two years now and there's no light at the end of the tunnel. They never call back and I always gotta ring 'em up for any kinda update, which is always zilch. This firm is a total scam!

BEWARE! I think this Molfetta Law thing is a scam (and TS *** Do your research, but I ain't had no good experiences; they hardly pick up the phone, nobody calls you back, and all that. This Attorney ***, who's with Molfetta Law, ain't done nothin' to help me get my money back from *** at that seminar they had at *** The seminar was supposed to help folks get outta their timeshares. Ain't nothin' been resolved! I reckon they're in cahoots.

I gotta say, I'm leaning towards agreeing with ***. I really hope this ain't some kinda scam 'cause I've lost a ton of money if it is! It's like tryin' to reach 'em is next to impossible. I've only talked to this one guy, ***. He seems to know his stuff, but I ain't got no paperwork to back up any of the transactions we've supposedly had. It's been months now, and we've been tryin' to sort this mess out, but nothin' has been resolved yet. I'll change my review once this whole thing gets sorted, ya know?

I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare and once the paperwork was done we never heard back from the firm. I called four months later and they said they were still working on our case.. I called them back a few months later and they said the guy who was handling our case had left the firm but someone would be calling us... we never got a phone call. It's been over a year and I have no idea what I'm paying for. We also agreed on a price for Molfetta's services and so far they've charged me an extra $1000 and keep charging my card. When you call they say someone will call you back in 24 hours but they never call.

I started the timeshare exiting with Molfetta Law in 2020. They were supposed to be working for TFG and their clients. At first, I would hear from TFG once a month, then every other month. When I tried to contact TFG, Molfetta Law would send emails saying they were still working on my case, even though they knew it could take 18 to 24 months. On October 21, 2022, I received an email saying my 24 months were almost up in 30 days. Just 5 days later, I got another email saying the law firm was close to resolving things for TFG clients. I called Molfetta on November 14 and left a message. They called me back the same day. The person I spoke to said TFG owed them a lot of money and they were no longer associated with them. However, they would still represent their clients for an extra 36 months with no chance of a refund, which was also in the original contract with TFG. The only way to contact TFG now is supposedly through a FAX number. It seems like it might be a scam, but hopefully it's not.

I gave $4,000 to Molfetta Law Group to help me get out of a timeshare. They gave some of that money to TFG. Molfetta Law Group never contacted me about my case. They won't help us get our money back from TFG. They won't let you talk about your case with anyone and they only promise a call back from someone (who never calls). They know TFG is a scam but still work with them. I reported both companies to the attorney general in ***. We solved our timeshare problem by calling them and asking to exit with a quick claim deed. It's all sorted now. Molfetta only has $600 of our money. We don't want them to take any more money for us. We want at least our $600 back.

Molfetta Law or someone who looks like them. I paid $750 for a lawyer fee, and I also paid over $3000 to *** Services for "no services". This was supposed to help me get out of a contract that Wyndham Resorts forged in 2020. Today, I got a call from someone who said they were *** Molfetta, a legal attorney. They told me that the Resorts put the property up for resale. To finally get out, I have to buy it from First American Title. They will send me (2) checks, and then I can use those (2) checks to buy myself out! I'm so scared that people are taking advantage of others who are vulnerable and don't have much money. I told them that I wasn't working, and they were supposed to be protecting me from crooks, but then they became the ***! Please help me with this issue because it's affecting my credit. This situation has caused me a lot of physical and mental stress, and I really need some relief.

I paid Molfetta Law a little over $4,000 to cancel our contract with Westgate Resorts. Molfetta Law has disappeared or closed down and I am unable to contact them to request a refund for the money I paid to them. They transferred our file to Molfetta Law before closing down their business for continuation of exiting the timeshare contract. Molfetta Law is not providing updates, returning emails or calls for the last 6 months. I received an email from them recently stating that I am nearing the 24-month mark where I can request a refund from Westgate Resorts, but it's being reported that clients are not able to speak with anyone with TFG to request a refund. Molfetta Law does admit to being paid a fee to work on our file and exit strategies. Since I fear they are doing the same thing as Westgate Resorts did and scammed me out of my money, I would like to request a refund from Molfetta Law. I am so disappointed and feel violated by this entire process. My family and I have suffered great financial burdens behind this whole scam. Please help.
