MK Movers gave a quotation for moving a 20" container of our personal effects from Cyprus to the UK. Included in their quotation was for delivery of goods into our property. However, when contacted by the company employed to deliver in the UK, we were informed that MK Movers had not instructed, nor paid them for, delivery into the property and the delivery would therefore be kerbside. This meant that we either had to pay again or carry the heavy items into the property ourselves. WE contacted MK Moves and they stated that they had made a mistake on the quotation and would not be paying the UK company for the service that we had already paid them for. Basically, MK Movers took our money for a specific purpose and then refused to do the job that they had been paid for.

How do You think it is going to help You or others to put a Complaint about this Moving Company from Cyprus or the UK onto a U.S. Complaints Board ?
Did You have it in mind that you would post your Complaint just in case someone from the USA might want to use this Company to move from Cyprus to perhaps the USA or the UK - ?
Did You consider taking this case of FRAUD further ? - they have `Obtained Money by deception` - `Failed to fulfil the Contract` - BUT obviously depending on where this Company is located - Cyprus or the UK - going to the Law about this may NOT be the appropriate thing to do - from a Financial standpoint - ?
Sorry to read that You have been Defrauded by that Company - obviously I base that comment upon what You have stated.
