On the 13/05/2025 I was involved in a accident where Mi way clients bumped into my car. I have a case number and also the lady that bumped into me gave me her claim details. I had to pay my own car excess amount and was informed that I will get my money refunded by the guilty party insurance. Until today after over 100 mails and follow ups there is no feedback. I don't think that this is fair as the lady that bumped into my car cars been fixed already and I had to pay everything myself for my damages. I require feedback as I have an attorney that I will contact if I don't get this matter sorted out ASAP.

Claimed loss: Had to pay R10 000.00 excess amount

Desired outcome: Want the money that I had to pay towards my insurance excess paid back to me after all it happened already on the 13/05/2025
