Shipment of Electric Wheelchair was exceedingly expeditious. Communications with their customer service were answered immediately (within hours - regardless of time or day) and their provided info was often accompanied with diagrams and/or videos.
Unbelievably good service - especially in time of COVID.

I don't write reviews unless my experience is exceptional. With Miracle Mobility our experience was beyond exceptional when we brought our Platnium 8000 power chair. There were issues that needed solutions. Angel and Dan were committed to excellence in the service they provided. Can't give them enough praise
I purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum Wheelchair and I can't say enough about how nice this power wheelchair is
I purchased the Miracle Mobility Platinum Wheelchair and I can't say enough about how nice this power wheelchair is. At first I had to get use to the joystick. Once I figured out how the joystick worked I was able to navigate smoothly inside and outside. The chair has a nice foam cushion and I have plenty of room sitting in the seat. I love the storage bags it comes with. The battery is a little difficult to reach as it is under the chair but charging is easy as I just plug the charger into the joystick. I am able to fold the chair quickly and it fits in my car. I've gotten quite a few comments about my new wheelchair and everyone seems to love it as much as I do. I recommend the Platinum 8000 Wheelchair. I'm heading on vacation soon and it's coming with me.

We have recently purchased the Freedom Gold Series for my husband who has increasing mobility issues specific to his left side from progressive MS. This chairs offers a continuing pathway for independence, which is the goal of such a diagnosis. Angel the organizer and cheerleader (she uses a Miracle Mobility product) and Dan the owner, go out of their way to ensure everyone is in the proper device for their immediate and long term needs. The chair can be set to use the remote control via the dominant hand, it is lightweight, and I can lift it independently. Other individuals could as well, if needed, but it would require a long process. We have traveled with it only in our vehicle, a Chevrolet Equinox. I can stand it in the trunk area and still have space for a suitcase, etc with it. By the way, Villagers, it fits on the back of a golf cart! It uses the same straps as golf bags to secure it in place. I hope to get a bag for it for the airplane.
