I have been playing 8 ball pool for the last 3 years. During the period of 3 years, I found the game to be very interesting. I am from Kathmandu, Nepal and I have reached a good level in this game. I am satisfied with the overall factors of the game. However I am not satisfied with one thing: there is no option for Nepal's cue in the list of country cues. Myself and all other players from Nepal will be glad if the team manages to add a new cue with the Nepal's flag.

I have had 2 unauthorized charges. 1 for $2.11 and 1 for $5.85

I was trying to buy the pool pass and it kept giving me error, so I tried couple of times and it didn't work. At the end it end up charging me 7 times. I would like a full refund

It happens on several occasions when playing 50M coin games the opponent was a ghost (hacked account) with unbelievable pool skills. Impossible to win, never got a turn. This is a known phenomenon within Miniclip, Miniclip confirmed this after I filed a complaint with them. I requested compensation for my lost points as consequential damages of their badly protected app. This was rejected, did not agree is I have spent money on coins through purchases in the app. This is theft and should be reported.

I know it's just a game but it's so frustrating it makes my balls tingle it doesn't matter how much screwback you put on 9/10 it end up in off and don't get me started on the golden shot are you trying to lead us to believe that the average amount of times the ball ends up within the 3 rings is an accurate account of the shots you play I don't mind just admit you cheat and don't treat us like fools

So a few minutes ago I let my little sister use my phone to try out 8 ball pool for the first time and she switched my account and I can't get it back unless you guys do it somehow. Before I gave her my phone I logged out and she must have clicked log into Facebook for 5$ and proceeded to click switch permanently can you guys pleas help me get it back I've had that 8 ball pool account for over 5 years and it's all gone.

Hi I am an 8ball pool player since this game has started and I always enjoy this game but I also have some problems lately I was playing on the 500k coins tble out of sudden I lose internet for no reason I thought it was my internet problem I passed on that but today I was playing on the 2.5k table I experienced the same problem now that made me hate the game after I noticed that this problem its caused by ur users or ur stupid technic to make people lose their money so I kindly ask you to return my money back cause that is so silly after spending time and internet money on your silly game please be responsible other wise ill do it in a law way

I'm tired of people using a shot hack. I just played a game in Berlin Platz and every shot the opponent made was a ridiculous bank shot where most times the hit their ball but the balls ricochet until one of theirs falls in. EVERY SHOT. Down to the 8 ball laying flat against the end rail with the cue ball on the same rail... cue ball is banked 3 times and catches the 8 ball perfectly on the side and sends it into the corner called! These people are clearly using a cheat!

I rarely get to actually play a game these days.
After logging in, the connection is dropped.
On the rare occasion that I actually get to play a game, it's not unusual to be dropped, losing time, or the game.
I have a coin balance of over 11 million, and have had an account for years.
It's really frustrating to wait after logging in, only to be dropped numerous times!

I had 15 million coins taken from my bank on 21/04/21. The in game betting will show that no wagers were made of that size.
