Milwaukee Enrollment Services [MilES] - Snap
In July on the 29th day 2023, the power at my apartment went black. I had no power to my apartment until the next afternoon. My food according to the USDA anything after four hours must be disregarded. I had eggs mayo miracle whip freshly made tuna and fish in my frig all my condiments had to be throw out. I also had a complete Alfredo meal n my frig that cost me $ 50.00 I have my receipts for many of these items I provided proof of the outage to the Milwaukee enrollment services location on 64th and florist in Milwaukee WI I was granted $113.00 for the food lost but that is not all the food I lost from the outage $113.00 is not enough when I lost
orange juice and cheese etc. Again I have my receipts please contact me at your earliest convenience Jeannette Robinson [protected] or via email jeannette.[protected]@gmail.com Thank You.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for my food.
Milwaukee Enrollment Services [MilES] - Foodshare/Poor Customer Service
I was discharged from my job on 07/30 I uploaded my documents in a timely manner but is being told I cannot receive foodshare because I updated my case on 08/01! I have 4 kids no income, no food, I have called everyday since 08/01 waiting for a supervisor call back and no one has called me back! I have nothing! My kids are hungry! I have no income and still no resolution from MILES worse staff ever
Desired outcome: Need foodshare benefits to feed my family
Milwaukee Enrollment Services [MilES] - Food share customer service line
Called [protected] at 8 am when opened and a woman answers after 20 minutes. First of all she answers with a hoarse throat, can barely understand her, then says she will complete my phone interview and says hold. I have once again been on hold now for another 40 minutes and for what? No one answers their line, and when you take advantage of the call back number, they dont even call back, at all! Not even the next day when the automated voice says "for the next available agent". When the hell are they available. Why have them work if they cant even do their job.
Desired outcome: a call back from a supervisor! not a customer service representative!
