Miele review: Miele t1313 dryer

My Miele dryer's red light (vent/filter light still goes on after cleaning the duct and all around it.

I clean the filter thoroughly after each cycle.

It always goes on just about at the end of the cycle.

The only thing I could figure out was that it had a faulty sensor light.

I called Miele for repair. They gave me 2 dealers and asked that I wait 2 business days for one to contact me. None did.

So I called Miele customer service to report this and they told me thqt q Miele factory tech would not come out, like when my dishwasher had a problem. The customer service rep told me that I had to fix it myself by going to the website to order the part. No one would come out to see if a faulty sensor light was really the problem.

The customer service rep was muffled and not easy to understand but I got it that I was on my own.

So bad customer service as well as no repair service. All of my appliances are Miele except the refrigeraor.

I will never buy a Miele product again. I also reported this to the appliance store. They tried to help me by calling other repair services but either they did not service Miele appliances or would not provice service to my area.
