I have been trying for days now to speak with someone about an order I placed with MidwayUSA three weeks ago on 11/24. This is my first time ever using your company and at first I was happy to see what you offered and that you had my items in stock. Shortly after placing the order I received an email about tracking info and an estimated delivery date of 12/01 With the holidays and demand from your website I had assumed for some delay, but after two weeks I had still not received my package. I contacted UPS first, where their shipping info showed a label was created but never shipped. I called them to speak with someone, where they confirmed that no package was ever received on their end. They told me to contact the supplier(MidwayUSA) and after days of trying to contact through chat, phone numbers and emails, all of which were either unavailable or ignored, I finally spoke with someone in chat today 12/12/20. Your representative told me that, 'according to the information available to her', showed my package had shipped but was past delivery date. The representative was unable to tell me when the package shipped or where it was located, stating that she did not have access to that information. So MidwayUSA says it did ship, UPS says it never reached them to be shipped, and I still have nothing after 3 weeks. Which am I to believe? I contacted UPS by phone again, while simultaneously in the live chat with your representative, to see if anything had changed. It was confirmed again by the shipper, that they have still never received a package and all that they had until that point was showing a shipping label was created on 11/24. The MidwayUSA representative asks if I would like it re-shipped, but now I am being told 2 of the 3 items in my order are no longer available. For a first impression, this has been an absolutely awful experience. I am out the money I spent on the order, I have none of my order, And I am told that even if I chose to re-ship, I would not receive some of my items. And no one can tell me where my original order actually is. The live chat representative became frustrate with me asking questions and ended the chat. The phone number for customer service has been all but once not even available to view. Live chat has been completely unavailable until today, and became unavailable again immediately after my conversation. My email has been ignored and met with a generic automated response within seconds of me sending it. As of this moment I have not requested a re-ship or refund, I wanted to speak with someone first. Thank you for your time and a response would be very much appreciated

I have not received my overdue order and I cannot get in contact with MidwayUSA to discuss this issue. I placed order [protected] on 6/23/2020 and it was confirmed 6/24/2020. I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped 6/24/2020. The shipping notice email had an estimated delivery date of 7/1/2020. The tracking number that was sent in this shipping notice does not work. My credit card was charged for the order 6/25/2020. A few days later, on 6/29/2020, I received another email from MidwayUSA: "Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, our shipping partner had a system error, causing them to re-use some old tracking numbers. When tracking your order, you may see incorrect tracking or delivery information. Your order is still being delivered as normal and you do not need to take any further actions to ensure it is delivered properly. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours after the expected delivery date that was provided, please let us know and we would be happy to assist you further. If you have any additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact us via live chat or by emailing us at [protected]@midwayusa.com. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST." The expected delivery date, Wednesday 7/1/2020, came and went and I still had not received my order. I waited five days after the estimated delivery date to see if the order would be delivered and it never was. On Monday 7/6/2020 I sent an email to [protected]@midwayusa.com, as instructed by the email I received on 6/29/2020, asking for a correct tracking number. Shortly after I sent that email I got an automated response stating that the customer service email address is not monitored: "This message was sent from an unmonitored email address. If you need further assistance please contact MidwayUSA Customer Service through our Contact Us page." I followed these instruction and went to the "Contact Us" page the next day, Tuesday 7/7/2020. The "Contact Us" page states that live chat and phones are unavailable. I tried calling the phone number for customer support and I got an automated message saying that the phone support is not operational. Since live chat and phone support are not available, I tried the email support form on the "Contact Us" page. Shortly after completing the email form on the "Contact Us" page, I received the same automated reply I received when emailing the customer support email address directly. The automated reply said the email address is not monitored and I should use the "Contact Us" page. I have tried using the "Contact Us" page every day, checking periodically throughout the day, to see if live chat or phone support will become available. None of the options to get support have been available. I am at a loss for what I can do at this point other than dispute the charge with my bank. I was told that the package should arrive within 48 hours of 7/1/2020, the estimated delivery date, and I was given a tracking number that doesn't work. I was told that I should contact customer support if I did not receive my package within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. I cannot communicate with MidwayUSA through any forms of communication, including emails. The emails that I have sent seem to have been sent to a mailbox which is unmonitored, even though I followed the instructions given to me to contact customer support. I have waited four days to make sure I would not get a response email, even though the automated response said the address is unmonitored. At this point, I assume that my order was never shipped or was lost somehow and I will never receive it.
Shipping
I ordered a Lone Wolf barrel conversion on the 23rd of December. It was told to expect my order on 1/6/24. I have been checking the tracking number and it always shows delivery by 7pm of the day I started checking on 1/6. I have seen the same message of delivery today since that time and it's now 1/10. I'm at day 18 since placing the order. This is unacceptable since I paid for shipping at the time of the order. I will not use MidwayUSA again.

MidwayUSA ain't the best when it comes to customer service, if you know what I mean. They changed their back order policy without even thinking about how it would affect us, the customers. And when we try to work with them to find a solution, they just shut us down. It's like they don't even care about us. Customer service blows!

midwayusa.com is a website that I recently had an experience with. I ordered a package and unfortunately, the post office lost it. I was pretty upset about it, but midwayusa.com issued me a refund for the lost package. However, they still made me pay for the shipping for the package that never arrived. I was not happy about this and it made me not want to do business with them again. It's frustrating when things like this happen, but I guess it's just a risk you take when ordering online. Overall, I would say that my experience with midwayusa.com was not great and I would not recommend them to others.
MidwayUSA Review: Poor Customer Service and Confusing Website
So, I was checking out MidwayUSA and I gotta say, they don't seem too keen on helping out their customers. I mean, I get it, they don't want people returning stuff left and right, but come on. So, I was pretty excited to order some ammo from MidwayUSA. I mean, who wouldn't be? They've got a great selection and their prices are pretty reasonable. But, I had a bit of a problem with them recently. I sent them an email asking if they would cancel any ammo orders that were more than a year old because of the current shortage. They told me that they would maintain those orders, which was great news for me. But, imagine my surprise when they cancelled my order just two weeks later! I was pretty upset about it, to be honest. I mean, I thought they were going to keep their word. But, I guess not. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from MidwayUSA again. They lost a customer for life.

I recently made a purchase from MidwayUSA and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their shipping process. They seem to use the cheapest shipping method available, which starts with UPS and then gets handed off to the post office for delivery. So, I had a bit of a problem with MidwayUSA. I ordered a holster, but it never showed up. They sent me a tracking number, but it didn't work. I called them up to figure out what was going on, but the person I talked to was really rude and didn't seem to care about my problem. They just kept giving me the run around and wouldn't help me out. I asked if they could send me another holster or refund my money, but they refused. It was really frustrating.
I ended up switching to Cheaper than Dirt for my gun needs. They're based in Texas, and they really seem to know what they're doing. I haven't had any problems with them so far. I think it's important to support businesses that treat their customers right.

So, I ordered a Trijicon RMR from MidwayUSA and when I got it, it looked like someone had already installed it and returned it. But, it still worked, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. I reached out to them to see if they would give me the new price, but they said no. I always have trouble placing an order with Jessica at MidwayUSA. They sent me an email on Friday morning saying that my order had been shipped. However, by Monday afternoon, there was no movement by UPS. When I contacted UPS, they told me that they didn't have it. I reached out to MIDWAYUSA, but they were, as usual, not very polite. They didn't do anything to help me out. In fact, they admitted that my order hadn't even been shipped yet. I don't want to do business with a company that is dishonest. They shouldn't have told me that my order had been shipped when it hadn't. It's just a way for them to cover up their laziness. I'm going to take my money somewhere else.
Unprofessional and Unreliable: My Experience with MidwayUSA
MidwayUSA is not a good company to do business with. I had a problem with an order that was sent to the wrong address. I called them up to see what I could do to get the gun that I had purchased. They told me that they would call me back with instructions on how to pick it up. But they never did. Instead, they sent me an email. Who sends an email for something that costs over $3000? That's just ridiculous.
When I called them back to ask why they hadn't called me, they told me that they had started a refund process. But they were going to take out both the shipping and a 10% restocking fee. So not only did I not get the gun that I wanted, but I also lost money in the process.
Overall, I would not recommend MidwayUSA to anyone. They are very unprofessional and don't seem to care about their customers. If you're looking for a company that will treat you right, then look elsewhere.

I have been trying to leave a negative review about the NRA on MidwayUSAs' website for over a month now and I have had no results. I have tried 4 or 5 times to post this review on MidwayUSAs' website and they seem to be refusing to post it at all. They say that the review will be posted within 3-7 days. There are only 7 negative reviews about the NRA, all older than a year old. I did see that there are much newer positive reviews. The newest one is 3 days old as of now. I guess it's ok to accept the positive reviews, just not the negative ones. Way to go MidwayUSA! I really love your balanced ethics. I guess the reviews are ok as long as YOU agree with them! I did send an e-mailk to MidwayUSA themselves, but to no avail, I never got a response from them.

wasting money and time
Maybe in some ways, they are good. With good prices and items. But there's always one "BUT". This site is not the only one with prices like this and their delivery is worse than anything else. It's for those people who have enough time to wait forever. They can send you a wrong item and still you'll get it in 3 months, or they put a wrong address on the parcel and your order will be received by someone else and you'll find it out too late. Refund? Well, try. I'm too tired of dealing with them. I don't think you'll succeed though...

Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a DPMS ar-15 upper 20" barrel 1-9" twist. They sent me a 1-8" twist. When I asked them they said that price and specs are subject to change with out notice. I told them that I didn't feel this is a spec difference, that they show different twist for different products. Anyway I sent the upper back they said it would take 24-48 hours. It has been 5 day's. When I contacted them they said again it would take 48 hours when I said it has been 5 day's since confirmation of delivery. They have not contacted me back.
They do not honor the coupon code they issue.

I tried to buy 4 back packs and one lens from these website, the order went through and when we inquired two weeks later they informed us that the order was canceled because our business address was a shipping company. Come to find out that they have rules not to ship backpacks from MO to a shipping company due to security concerns of the backpacks making it outside the US!
This was for my fall vacation so they told me that I have to place a new order and ship to my home which I did, another credit card hold of $1100.00, got the shipping confirmation and the following day, I realized that the package was not moving in the carrier network. I called and this time they told me that the order was canceled because my home was not on the white pages!
I emailed their CEO and exchanged about half dozen of emails with their clueless staff and could not find any reasons for canceling my orders except for the count of stupidity of their staff! I felt as if I was buying anti-aircraft radars!
Also, when they cancel the orders, they do not bother to inform their customers, here I am trying to support US small business, provided genuine credit card info, validated all of their security concerns yet they jerked me around. I want to share my experience with the rest of the world to expose this company and get them to realize that their mistakes.
Now I have to wait for their holds to be released in the next 48 Hrs so I can have my money and go buy somewhere else. This Company is a JOKE! the ceo puts his email on the website, so you think he gives a ***. Not! Stay away for doing business with this company is the best advice I can give you.
