Metro Flooring Contractors review: Awful company!

I'd give them less stars if I could. The installed our new kitchen floor a few years ago. It was never right, but they wouldn't fix it. Now the pieces that had cut and dings and wouldn't lie flat are coming up and having more issues. Metro will not honor their warranty and won't even work with BBB to resolve the issue .I had another floor contractor come in today. He said that Metro Flooring did not put down the adhesive sealant that was needed for this floor to adhere to the tile floor underneath. He also said that while we thought we were getting LVP flooring that was rated for a kitchen, that is NOT what they gave us. They gave us laminate that is NOT supposed to go in a kitchen. They should be required to refund our money! They are absolutely liars and cheats.
