Metro Flooring Contractors review: bad product and shoddy installation of waterproof flooring

Called 4/27/2022 for an estimate, young man named Trey came out same day. contract signed 4/27/2022 Installers arrived approx. 10 AM. 5/9/2022, I questioned the material that they brought and was assured (by phone, language problem) it was the same that I selected. I escaped to my bedroom so "I" would not get annoyed by the lack of communication. It is now 6PM, I am hungry, they have been taking breaks and eating all day, my kitchen is in the "construction zone". I asked what time they would be leaving, I presumed they would return the next day, WRONG! They finished around 2 AM. The did a slipshod job. Planks not sealed at the ends. Wrong color and really butchered job on molding, Broken lamp, broken deacon's bench, toilets reinstalled at an angle missing thresholds, cigarettes taken.

I contacted Metro end of June, my kitchen floor was crumbling, they did come and inspect, sent a repair man (no English) to fix. I called again in Sept/Oct about same floor crumbling again. I called again in November, floor was a hazard, lifted and crumbling; the young lady I spoke with (I told her I would have the flooring removed because I was afraid of getting hurt the next time I fell) told me to do what I needed to do. Another inspector out in Dec (6th) to inspect the kitchen and another area that was deteriorating, they sent the same group that broke my lamp, deacon's bench and removed a pack of cigarettes. I was upset that a "company" would send workers that had been complained about. I was told I voided the contract by protecting my own well being and never addressed the other area (pictures were taken). Called again, there are areas in every room that are lifting and the crumbling is continuing. NOW I have voided my "Lifetime warranty" on "waterproof flooring" by using water based cleaners. Oh, my waterproof floor is now only water-resistant. Help! No resolution. I am stuck, $5300. spent. I will have to replace floors at my own expense..
