Mentality Disappointing Shipping & Customer Service from Mentality Co

about your shipping and customer service. It's really frustrating to pay for something and never receive it. Mentality Co. needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It makes me feel like the company doesn't care about their customers at all.
