I purchased and in the days following had an issue with the tracking number. It was coming back to a. package that was purchased before mine. I contacted Meet Curve and they provided me with a 2nd number. That number was empty. It never tracked anything. Contacted them again and I was given a 3rd tracking number. Again, it was tracking a package purchased before me. Before I could email them again, I was contacted that my package had been lost. They assured they reordered and expedited shipping. That particular tracking number does come up with "label created", but that was 9 days ago. I reached out to the carrier who stated they've not received the item, just a shipping label. I've asked for a refund based on my item not being shipped. Each time it's 4am emails with broken English stating "customer, we appreciate if you wait more days". I tried to dispute charges with my bank, but I used Apple Cash. Since it's not tied to an actual card, I can't get a refund. I'm severely disappointed there's no way to contact except through email and I get nowhere in the process.
You’ve shown a lot of patience dealing with Meetcurve’s endless tracking number shuffle. It's frustrating to see no real progress, just more delays and excuses. The lack of proper customer service and the inability to get a refund is unacceptable. Meetcurve needs to step up and sort this out, or they'll keep losing customers who deserve better.
The size was horrible, delivery took longer than promised and return policy also horrible
Delivery took longer, but I did receive it. I wear size 1x-2X, but bought one much bigger just in case it runs small,,,,,,,,so I bought 2 ea at 4X,,,,,,,,I couldn't even get into it. When I contacted the company, the reply was fast, but was told I could get a gift card that would cover the entire amount, but had to be used one time for the entire amount,,,,,,,there was nothing else I wanted,,,,,so I was also offered $15 back credit and keep the suits. I know no one who wants them,,,,,$15 vs $50+. I feel like I was robbed. This is no way to have repeat customers and I will let folks know not to buy from your company. I'm so terribly unhappy.
Second order
Lots of swimsuits to choose from. Plus sizes no problem. Shipping is a bit slow. The black polka dot halter suit was just what I hoped it would be. Unfortunately I ordered according to the size of my other MeetCurve suit which fit great. Should have sized up for this one. Only way to know for sure that it fits is to wear it in the water. By then it's too late to return. From what I read online you don't accept returns and refunds anyway, regardless if suit is worn or not. I did take the stays out of it to make it more comfortable. The right side one was digging into my ribs all day. I will keep it and use for water aerobics class. Only need to endure it for 45 minutes.
This company is a scam
I ordered 3 suits. They came in a timely manner. The suits were nice for the price. These are not high quality suits, but acceptable. They did not fit me. The torso was too short on one, the other was suppose to be a one piece but it wasn't, and the other the colors did not match the picture. Long story short...I didn't like them and wanted to return them.
When I contacted Meetcurve to get return instructions it turned into a mess. They didn't want me to return them...them started bargaining with me. I can keep the suits and they will give me 32.00, I said no and it went up from there. They kept saying they didn't have a warehouse in the US, but there is one in NY. Excuse after excuse. I finally made it crystal clear I wanted a full refund minus shipping. They gave me an address and I sent them back. They keep saying they never received them. I have traced the package through UPS and have verified it was delivered. That was in May...its August and I am still working on getting my refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
It's minimal quality crap from China. The same suits are Amazon...buy through them if u must...at least the return won't be an issue.
Poor...they do not have a number to call. It is only through email. They try to bargain with you..which is very odd.
Refund scam and theft!
I exchanged a bathing suit for a different size, and they gave me a gift card to purchase the new one. My experience had been great up until this point so I didn't think anything of it. When I received my new suit and it still didn't fit correctly, they refused to refund my order because they do not refund gift card orders. This is ridiculous because this was originally my money, not a gift card. I bought another suit on top of the original exchange and they will not refund that money either, which was NOT a gift card. We went back and forth via email where they basically just said the same thing over and over again without even trying to fix it, until they informed me that my return period is over and they can no longer do anything about it. They are basically just scamming people and stealing their money.
Recommendation: If you buy, pray that the suit fits because you will not be getting your money back.

Return run around
Update: I added a picture from the email with the return address, 20 days after starting the return process.
This will be kinda long so summary: vague responses/instructions, slow response times, horrible customer service and return/exchange system. Included pictures are of their email response, exchange policy, and the item I'm trying to exchange.
First time customer. I ordered 3 items from them a tankini top, bottoms, and a one piece June 4th; received my order June 21st, it took a while to get but it does day 7-15 business days. As soon as I got it I tried my items on the one piece and bottoms fit but the tankini top is to big so I emailed their customer service to start the exchange prices. Got an email same day saying ticket number (along with that number) has been created. That was all it said. The site says to not return it to the address it shipped from and that they'll give you an address. So I thought there might be a separate/ follow up email with the address and instructions on how to send it back to them (at your own expense and you also have to pay the shipping for the exchange item), I waited a few days and nothing. I emailed them June 25th asking what's next and how do I return/exchange this. They emailed back today, June 29th, with what has to be a generic/computer automated response saying to take pictures of the tags and crotch sticker and clear bag packaging (again this is a tankini top), no address, and offering a different option of a partial $5 refund and a $5 coupon towards my next purchase. Oh and they are putting the cart before the horse because they are sure to include that they I need send them the tracking number within 7 days of receiving the address, which feels like I'm in a hostage situation trying to get. Their return/exchange policy is quite vague on their site and their customer service response emails are even more vague. I don't like ordering clothes online because being a plus size woman can be difficult to find things that fit and prefer trying things on before purchasing and I don't like dealing with trying to exchange items. Their customer service has been very impersonal, vague, slow, and unhelpful. I will most likely go with the option they gave me because I feel like if I do the exchange the summer will be over before I get my item even tho I feel it will be mid to late July by the time they give me my "partial refund/coupon" and reorder.
Return process
I have twice requested info for a return. I have followed their directions for their return process. I have each time gotten a reply that ONLY says a ticket has been made. There is no further info on the entire email. Do directions or address like it says I would receive. I’ve asked 3 times now for directions. There is no contact phone number and a strict 15 day return policy. If I don’t get the proper directions and address my timeline will tick down to 15 days. Which is what I believe they are doing. I keep asking and get duplicate messages of only a ticket number.
Desired outcome: I want to know their specific directions on how to make my return. They said to follow the process. I’m trying to!
Swimsuits
I bought 2 bottoms, 2 tops and 2 full bathing suits. I didn't like any of them because i'm a tall lady and they just didn't fit right. I emailled customer service which was extremly cryptic about which address to send returns to. Asked a few times but still haven't recieved full return address. They did offer me a partial return and coupon to keep items. I decided to go this route. I send this request several days ago and still no partial refund. Horrible customer services and way too long wait time for customer service to reply.
Desired outcome: full refund and right return address.

Anyway, when my order finally did arrive, I was pretty pleased with the sizing. I mean, I've ordered stuff online before and ended up with some seriously wonky fits, so it was a relief to see that everything seemed to be in order. And the styles were pretty cute, too! I ended up with four different suits, and while two of them weren't really my jam, the other two were super flattering. Like, I'm talking "damn girl, you look good" levels of flattering.

Meetcurve review: decent clothes, but frustrating return policy
I gotta say, the stuff on Meetcurve (meetcurve.com) is pretty decent, but their return policy is a bit of a head-scratcher. It's like they don't want you to return anything! Meetcurve has a pretty good selection of suits. I ordered one as a holiday gift for my brother. I thought I gave enough time for it to arrive before Christmas, but it ended up coming after New Year's. I was pretty bummed about that, but at least it arrived eventually.
I didn't get a chance to personally inspect the suit, but it looked like it matched the photos on the website. I also think the size was accurate. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.
One thing I appreciated was that I received a ticket number for my order. However, since the suit arrived a couple hours after I received the ticket, I guess it's no longer necessary. Oh well, it's the thought that counts, right?

I was really excited to order a bathing suit from Meetcurve for my upcoming trip, so I decided to pay extra for express shipping. I was hoping to receive my order within 5-7 business days, but unfortunately, it didn't quite work out that way. The tracking number showed that my package spent the first 5 days moving around mainland China, which was a bit frustrating. I was really hoping it would arrive sooner so I could have it in time for my trip.
When it finally arrived in the States, I was relieved. However, it spent several days sitting in the town 1 hour from me. I was really hoping to receive it before I left for my trip, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I had to leave without it, which was a bit disappointing. I think that express shipment should be listed as more like 7-10 business days, which is 2 WEEKS to get a delivery. That would have been more accurate and would have helped me plan better.
Despite the shipping issues, I have to say that the bathing suit itself is really nice. I'm looking forward to wearing it this summer and I think it will be perfect for the beach. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from Meetcurve, but I do wish that the shipping had been a bit more accurate and timely.
After buying several bathing suits one did not fit. Company will not give any return info or refund. Do not buy from them it’s just another scam company that advertises on Facebook. There’s just no recourse.
