Not pay back the money
I was advised that there will be a probation period of 21 days and if product does not work for me, it may be returned.
I gave the spa back and they signed for it, but now I am listed as a non payer and this is affecting my credit record, as well as CTI Financiers threatening to sue me for this money.
How can the company not pay back the money they received for this item, as they got back their spa?
Please urgently assist me with this, as I have sent several mails to get this sorted:

Wessel van wie ons destyds opleiding ontvang het, het dit ook so aan ons oorgedra.
Ek het n spa aan my ouers verkoop en in hul teenwoordigheid het hy genoem dat indien die 21 dae "detox" periode wat op program ingeslote by die spa voltooi word en hulle voel nie tevrede met die resultate vd produk, kan hulle dit teruggee.

Ozone
I have recently purchased a medizone, and have subsequently looked on the internet on ozone production. medizione have pushed the health benifits of this product, but fail to mention the how harmfull ozone is. when selling a product, i think both good and bad should be disclosed, i may ot have been that keen now that i know of the dangers.

Inaccurate Information
Two gentlemen from Medizone presented products to the staff at Our Lady of the Rosary School and to the Sisters in Residence at
the Montebello Priory on February 15, 2011. The sisters were provided with information and a demonstration on products which would improve their general health and a two page list of benefits of OZONE was handed out.
Being a Registered Nurse, I soon became aware of how a company was trying to promote products which are costly and ultimately
will not enhance well being. From environmental studies, it is well known that the ozone layer of the atmosphere has been destroyed
by industrial pollution and burning. Burning of sugar cane and garbage emits carbon monoxide, which when inhaled limits the
hemoglobin in the blood from taking on oxygen. Lack of oxygen causes brain damage and cardiac conditions, thus problems in
learning and a lower life expectancy. This company appears to be further depleting the ozone in the air by putting it in a machine and selling it. Unless the world moves to clean our air and water, all living organisms will die a premature death. Combining the pills offered with prescription drugs can also further compromise well being.
The information provided only leads me to believe there is a company out there that is taking advantage of poor, unhealthy
uninformed individuals and benifitting financially from their plight. This is another example of greed lacking compassion,
May these people find another way to provide for themselves without harming others, and may some wealthy law firm assist
pro bono in the helping recover their losses.

False advertising
A add posted in our local newspaper reads as follows: CONSULTANTS URGENTLY REQUIRED -Klerksdorp - Start immediately R7000 package, petrol allowance, bonus+comm, full training provided, must have own car, willing to learn, a desire for career growth, outspoken and energetic - the catch - no basic salary, you MUST sell 4 units per month @(R10000+ each) to qualify for this package, this is false advertising, the other hogwash they tell you corresponds to the replies above, how do these companies get around the basic conditions of employment act?

Shocking Service
I purchased an ozone product from Medizone which was sold to me at my home for R900. After 2 weeks it was faulty. After numerous and frustrating phone calls getting sent from one person to another, to get this machine back, I finally received it 8 weeks later. It did not work. Another phone call and a week later another machine/power pack was delivered. After 20 minutes of use it was smoking and smelt like an electrical fire. This is a product that is supposed to be good for your health. They are not willing to refund my money. How can I get my money back?

Misleading (lie to the customer in order to get a sale) & Unprofessional
Medizone representative knocks on door and give you a demonstration on one of their products (direct marketing). Based on specific questions to ensure that all your needs will be met when purchasing this product, the representative give you all the answers you want to hear, whether his answers are true on not! Delivery day comes: guess what? You have been lied to, you now realise that you have been taken for a ride. Contacting the company for a refund and return of the now unwanted product as it clearly does not met with the discussed and agreed requirements and needs, THEY DON'T CARE. Go on, go to Hello Peter, as see how many other people has been taken for a ride, there representatives not only lie just to get a sale, their offices don't pay their staff commission! They almost ignore you "diss" you as if you are an idiot and make you feel like the criminal. I had to be escourted by the SAP to return the product to their offices, where all the staff refused to acknowledge receipt of the goods! They all fled and "dissapeared" behind closed doors! Professional behaviour? Not sure, what do you think? Now I am being threatened that if I don't pay the outstanding 50% of the total cost, they are going to hand me over to debt collectors ... do you want to buy products from this company? ... do you want to work with/for this company?

I am one of the people that have been taken for a ride by medizone. They have tarnished my name on the credit bureau. I have been begging for the machine I bought to be collected as it Durant work and I can't keep it. The price has also been inflated. Medizone staff is only nice when they want a sale after they have secured a sale they'll treat you like a criminal. The staff is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. I don't want to be associated with such a company and would not recommend them to anybody.
No Servises
In September 2009 het ons n medizone spa gekoop by Medizone. Hulle was vinnig om beloftes te maak en ons ekstra bybehore te belowe. Toe ons die masjien ontvang was die helfte van die goedere nie daar nie en boonop het hulle aan ons n tweedehandse masjien gegee. Toe ons met die rep daaroor praat het hy belowe hy kom terug na ons toe, wat egter nooit gebeur het nie. Ek het later met n groot gesukkel die kantoor in Anlinn PTA op gespoor en die masjien terug besorg. Linda war die bestuurderes daar was het die masjien geneem en my op die oorspronklike aflewerings nota laat teken saam met haar. Sy het my gebel en gevra ek moet n brief skryf oor hoekom ons die masjien terug gee. E het die brief geskryg en vir haar gefaks, twee dae later het sy my terug gebel en gesê hoofkantoor (Jaco) stuur vir ons n nuwe spa met als. Ek het egter reeds vir haar gesê ek stel nie belang nie en dat als gekansseleer moet word. Sy het my weer gekontak en verseker dat als gestop is. Na n maand kry ek toe egter n rekening van C.T.I Kaapstad wat sê ek skuld hul geld. Ek het dadelik C.T.I. gebel en met Cindy gepraat. Ek het toe weer na Linda begin soek en kon haar of die rep nie in die hande kry nie. Ek het terug gery na die Annlinn kantoor ma als was gesluit.
In Januarie van 2010 het ek weer Annlinn kantoor toe gery en die ander huurders daar het my ingelig dat die kantoor gesluit het en nie meer bestaan nie. Ek het toe dadelik Hoofkantoor in Brits gebel en met Nadia of Nadine gepraat. Sy het elkekeer n verskoning gehad hoekom ek nie met die Direkteur Jaco kon praat nie en dat hy my sal terug skakel. Elke keer as ek skakel het sy my verbaas gevra of Jaco my nog nie gekontak het nie. Ek het hulle gevra om Linda op tespoor met inligting wat sekerlik in n personeel leêr moet wees, maar hulle andwoord was dit is nie hul werk nie. Niemand weet tot vandag toe wat van die masjien en Linda geword het nie, en niemand het my nog ooit terug gebel nie. Ek betaal nog elke maand my rekening by C.T.I vir iets wat ek nie besit nie. Die masjien wat my R5000.00 so kos, kos my nou al R14 000, 00. As enige iemand my kan help sal ek dit opreg waardeer. Dit is nou al 2jaar.

Faulty machine
My friend, Celeste Hayes bought an ozonator from Medizone a while back. It broke twice since while it was still under guarantee and +- 5 times thereafter. Every time there is a cost of between R250.00 and R500.00 for the repair of this machine. I have sent numerous complaints via e-mail to medizone, yet I have received no reply. Celeste Hayes suffer...
