Below is my original comment from 10/12/2019:
I just returned home from Store number 22086 in Lynn MA. Once again, they left an item out of my order. An egg mcmuffin this time. I have had to return to this store on 2 other occasions to pick up items that were missing, I am not going back again! I would like to be given this item next time I go by that way, or receive a gift card for another store! I have tried calling this store for over an hour, but the lines are all tied up! I have my receipt number. KS(hash tag sign) 13. I hope to hear from someone soon! thank you.

It has been almost a week, and I still have not heard from this store. It is service like this that drive customers to other restaurants. I hope you take this serious. My next step is contacting the BBB.
