Matt Castrucci KIA is all about greed, plain and simple! They're jacking up the prices of new Kia's by a whopping $3500 or more. If you're not the sharpest tool in the shed or just too lazy to do some shopping around, then go ahead and throw away your hard-earned savings that have been hit hard by the pandemic. Many of us lost our jobs during these tough times and our finances are limited, but that doesn't seem to faze Matt Castrucci as he happily strolls to the bank to deposit your savings.

There are still other dealers out there who sell at or very close to the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). Sure, these dealers might be bigger and have a better selection, but what good is a car that's overpriced by $3000 when car production ramps up again? Now you're stuck with a loan that's way more than what the car is worth. And let's not forget that *** and *** are also guilty of marking up cars by $3000 or more. There are definitely better options available elsewhere.

So, if you're looking for a Kia, I'd suggest you steer clear of Matt Castrucci KIA and explore other dealerships that won't take advantage of your situation. Don't let their greed get the best of you. Shop smart and save your hard-earned money for better things.

Matt Castrucci KIA I bought a 2019 Mazda CX5 from Matt Castrucci KIA and they promised me two free oil changes

I bought a 2019 Mazda CX5 from Matt Castrucci KIA and they promised me two free oil changes. However, when I went to redeem my second free oil change, they refused to honor it. It's really frustrating because I specifically asked about this before purchasing the car and they assured me that I would get two free oil changes. I feel like they misled me and now I have to pay for something that was supposed to be included. It's disappointing and I expected better from them.

Matt Castrucci KIA I got a new car from them

I got a new car from them. Found some spots where the paint wasn't put on right. Can't just fix those spots. Gonna need a whole new body or a whole new car. The dealership says they made warranty claims but haven't heard back. The auto manager says there's nothing he can do. I just want them to give me a new car or give me back the $30,000 I paid.

Matt Castrucci KIA I brought my wife's car to Matt Castrucci KIA for a recall and oil change

I brought my wife's car to Matt Castrucci KIA for a recall and oil change. We always make sure to turn off the AC and radio before handing it over. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the same alarms were still present and the AC was blasting at full power, while the radio was blaring loudly. Now, the AC doesn't work at all and the car still has the same recall alarms. I went back to the dealership and asked them what they had done to my car and if they were aware of the issues. They acted clueless and pretended not to know anything about it.

We bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva from Matt Castrucci KIA in *** and got the extended warranty. We did all the maintenance on the car, but the engine failed about a year after we bought it. We took it to the dealership for repairs under the warranty, but they said no at first. One of the workers tried to contact the warranty company to sort things out. That was 5 months ago. I waited a couple of months because they said it takes time to resolve these issues, but for the past few months, whenever I call, they don't answer or hang up on me. And when I go in person, they say the person handling the claim isn't there. All I want is for my car to be fixed with the warranty I bought.

Matt Castrucci KIA I want my $105.23 back for fixing the broken door handle on the passenger side

I want my $105.23 back for fixing the broken door handle on the passenger side. It's supposed to be covered by the warranty, so I shouldn't have been charged. It took them more than a month, and I had to go to the dealership because they never called me back to let me know if the part was available. I talked to the service manager on Friday, November 5, after Kia Beaver Creek told me I shouldn't have been charged. He said he would call me back, but these people never call anyone back. I couldn't even schedule service here because the scheduler (***) never answers her phone or returns my voicemail messages. I've tried calling more than 7 times. This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with, and I want a full refund for this warranty work. Their idea of service is putting you on hold and then hanging up after a few minutes. Thank you.

Matt Castrucci KIA I want my vehicle fixed

I want my vehicle fixed. It only has 63,000 miles. I gave them my car for 3 1/2 months and they gave me a loaner car with 5 seats. They said they don't have loaners anymore. I asked them to fix the AC/heat fan and the check engine light. They returned the car to me, but the check engine light is still on and the AC/heat fan doesn't work. I paid $32,000 for this van with a Matt Castrucci guarantee. It has been nothing but trouble. I want this car fixed or something done about it. I can't be without a car for months as a mother of 4! I paid $32,000 for this car and I can't afford to rent or buy a new one without selling this one. I feel like they want me to sell it back with these issues and then sell it to someone else for more money. Please help me!

Matt Castrucci KIA This dealership has had my 2021 Kia Seltos for 36 days

This dealership has had my 2021 Kia Seltos for 36 days. No loaner, no communication, nothin'! We've called and called and left voice mails and called Kia consumer affairs and still nothin'! The car is under Kia warranty, I also bought an extended warranty and for 36 days they've refused to communicate, refused to give me a loaner vehicle, refused to respond to Kia consumer affairs, refused to fix my car, refused to help at all! I've barely held on to my job, my wife lost hers, I have a handicapped heart patient child that's missed Cardiac appointments, this has been nothin' less than detrimental. I shouldn't have to pay outta pocket for a rental for 36 days! I don't have the funds for that and THIS CAR IS UNDER RECALL AND 2 WARRANTIES! No one will give contact info for the district manager so this'll be filed here and I'll also reach out to the Ohio Attorney General. To make someone wait 36 days for no response, loaner, or help is beyond ridiculous not to mention the WORST possible customer service. If this was their vehicle or child's life at stake I bet they woulda had a loaner car 36 minutes after the fact, not 36 DAYS. I want my car and I wanna speak directly to the district manager of this car lot immediately!

Matt Castrucci KIA I went to Matt Castrucci KIA with my brother to get my 2017 Soul KIA fixed

I went to Matt Castrucci KIA with my brother to get my 2017 Soul KIA fixed. The engine malfunction indicator lamp was on, and I read online that it's best to take it to an authorized KIA service center. When we arrived, the guy at the counter told us they were fully booked for the next two months. However, he said if we left the car, they might be able to squeeze it in earlier due to cancellations or gaps between appointments. So, we left it there hoping for a quick resolution.

It's been over 14 weeks now, and there's still no solution. We received a notice from KIA Corporate Headquarters about a "Product Improvement Campaign" that mentioned a similar issue related to the Knock Sensor Detention System (KSDS) and a required software update. My brother has been checking with the service department almost every week, and they keep telling him that my car is still waiting to be analyzed. It's frustrating because my car is still under warranty, and they won't even look at it to confirm if it's a recall situation. This means they won't provide a loaner vehicle either.

Since I can't go to the Matt Castrucci KIA service department myself, I left my car in my brother's name (***) so he can inquire about it on my behalf. I just want my car fixed or a loaner vehicle. I've been making car and insurance payments for almost four months now, and it's becoming a burden. Thank you.

Matt Castrucci KIA I had my 2015 KIA Optima hybrid towed in June because of a rod bearing knock in the motor

I had my 2015 KIA Optima hybrid towed in June because of a rod bearing knock in the motor. They didn't give me much info and just asked for some oil change records, some of which I didn't have on paper but I still have all the old used oil in my garage from when I changed it myself. To cut a long story short, it took over a month to get a denial on the engine warranty, and then they told me I owed $135 for an inspection fee. They never mentioned any fee or asked if I agreed to it. I think if the service associate, ***, had taken more information and explained what was happening, none of this would have happened. I was lied to and misled by ***, and I believe if I had gone to another dealership or had better communication, my car would be fixed and I wouldn't be dealing with this now. I've been a service tech for over 10 years, with 3 of them in management. My friends and relatives bring their vehicles to me for service work. I have witnesses who can write statements confirming that they've seen me do oil changes on my own vehicle, including my ex-wife. I have all the old used oil in my garage as proof for the paper documents I couldn't provide. I've only used 5w-20 full synthetic oil since I bought the vehicle in 2019. Most synthetic oil can go up to, if not over, 10,000 miles on one oil change. Also, the vehicle is a hybrid and the engine is only used 15-20% of the time while driving. There was a class action lawsuit for the same problem that happened to my vehicle, with some having even fewer miles before the rod bearing went out, just like mine. I've also submitted records of general maintenance like transmission flushes, coolant flushes, and fuel system treatments to show that I take vehicle maintenance seriously. My vehicle also had the recall work done at another dealership last year to cover the lower block. I can provide pictures or bring the used oil to a location for verification.
