My mom first received a call from them asking for me. She and I both thought it was a phishing scam and ignored it, but then they called me directly, spoofing the caller ID as my insurance company. I told them it sounded like a phishing call, and the person calling got very defensive and condescending so I hung up.
I called my insurance and it turns out they did unfortunately give my contact info to this company, but the insurance company didn't have my mom's number on file (she's not my emergency contact or anything) and couldn't explain how Matrix had gotten it. Overall, even if the insurance company legitimately contracts with them, they behave no differently from any other phone scam, their reps are rude, and I'd never trust them to either give them information or come into my home.
Recommendation: Hang up and ask your insurance company to put you on their Do Not Call list
