ON JAN. 11, 2009, I ORDERD ONE PAIR OF NELLY DARK NAVY PUMPS FOR 69.95, I ORDERD ONE SABLE WILD RICE PUMPS FOR 39.95, AND I ORDERDE ONE NELLY GRAY NAPPA/SWADE FOR 69.95.
I RECEVIED THE NAVY PUMPS AND SABLE WILD RICE PUMPS.
I RETURNED THE SABLE WILD RICE PUMP WHICH WAS 39.95. THE NELLY GRAY WAS ON BACKORDER AND I RECV. IT ON FEB 11 09.
I ORDERED A BRONZE LEATHER/SWADE FOR 69.95 QAND I RETURNED THEM BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE THEY HAD BEEN WORN.
THIS LEAVES ME WITH ONLY TWO PAIR OF SHOES FOR 69.95 EACH, A TOTAL OF $139.90- $6.95 EACH WHICH =$126.00, I OWED. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA $70.50.
I HAVE PAID THE $70.50 AND CLOSED THE CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. THE REASON I PAID THE $70.50, I HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND I DO NOT WANT IT TO EFFECTED, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO NOT BACK ME UP AND IT IS NOT FAIR FOR THIS STORE TO TAKE MY MONEY. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS. MY ACCOUNT # WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS ENDING IN 0140, CASE ID # IS DP0182987 AND THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS JUNIPER, LOCATED AT: CARD SERVICES, PO BOX 8801, WILMINGTON, DELAWARE, [protected], AND THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS [protected].
THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS CLAIMING I DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF SENDING THE MERCHANDISE BACK. I DON'T BECAUSE I USED THEIR SMART METHOD WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE A RECEIPT, AND THE POST OFFICE STATED I DID NOT NEED ONE WITH THAT TYPE OF RETURN.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This company is breaking tbe law. The bait and switch. They send the wrong size shoe on purpose, Hoping the customer will not document proof of return. My elderly mother (the very demographic this criminals target) lost 20 bucks on "shipping costs" returnin a faulty product. Not what she ordered. If we had not had documentation proving return and receipt by this fraudulent company, my 83 year old mother would be out the entire cost of the returned shoes. WHEN IS THE CLASS ACTION SUIT? ? RIPPING OFF SENIOR CITIZENS. There is a special place in H - - ' for Mason Marilyn and his cronies. SHAME ON MARILYN SQUARE SHOES AND SEE YOU IN COURT
I bought some Van Eli elegant looking flats with a chain on them from Maryland Square My mom paid for them---God rest her soul. I wore them 2 times I think and the chain on one of the shoes broke---why were they on sale for half off---they knew this chain would break, and it could not be soldered because it was not made of pure metal. I knew that 49.00 was too good to be true for Van Eli shoes. I think this company has deceptive practices. They sell junk as well as their sister stores, (K Jordan, , ) and expect for the customer to eat it. Their other stores are Auditions, Masons...beware these companies. If it is past their 120 policies, the customer will suffer----BEWARE Maryland Square, and K Jordan and any store from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, all the Mason Companies related stores---they have high prices, not sure if they care about the customer. I get the feeling they don't care about the customer.
I will not buy from this company again. I think they don't stock anything but place an order with another supplier whenever they get an order. That is why it takes WEEKS to get a refund when you return merchandise, and you have to pay the return postage. Stay away.
