I tried to change my personal details on my account, I deleted my landline phone number, as it is not used, and just put in my mobile number, when I clicked on to verify the next step was to enter the 6 digit security number from my M&S device to verify it was me, when I did this, it said number wrong? so I tried 2 more times and each time the numbers were correct, yet the system did not accept them? I then tried the online chat Robot! which is useless! it does not understand anything you ask, no matter how short and simple I wrote, I ask to speak to a person, it directed me to go to the contacts page, when I did there was no number to call to speak to a person? I eventually phone the customer service number which is the same number as the complaints? after waiting over 20 minutes in the queue, when I finally got to speak to somebody, he was Indian and did not speak very good english, he als did not seem bothered to deal with my complaint, and the line went very quiet a few times, like he wasn't there or even listening? I was very polite, yet no help was offered, when I didn't get any reply. I assumed he had cut the call, so I hung up. Terrible service, your online site is USELESS. why haven't you got an email address for us customers to email you with our complaints/queries? it would be much easier that waiting for ages on the phone and then getting no help at all.
