MAPFRE Insurance review: Found me at fault when other party was clearly to blame!

Another vehicle struck my car on the rim of my rear passenger side when I was pulling into a bank parking lot taking a left. The car that struck me did an illegal turn around the car that let me turn because he was in a hurry to get to an appointment. No police report filed due to minimal damage and no injuries. Because no cameras and no police report, they called it my fault and would not waive my deductible. I am now in the process of getting a new policy from a more legitimate insurance company for my car and my wife's (probably my daughter's too!) Real bunch of losers!
