I bought a pop up last December. First try at home setting it up and the cable broke in the gear of the lift system. Fixed it myself then on the first trip a tire blew. Finally before my 4th trip, the cable completely snapped in the far corner and has been not been repaired since since I cannot get the side outs back in with the roof not going up. After I had regular communication with the dealership the first time it broke, they never responded to me the second time it broke. After several attempts. I would NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE. Shady dealers

I brought my trailer to Manteca Trailer & Motorhome twice, but they still couldn't diagnose all the concerns. It should have been done within the first hour. They fixed a crack on the front of my trailer by putting some bondo on it and spray painting over it. The paint started peeling before I picked it up. Their corporate office has been trying to get the manager to call me, but nobody can reach him. This happened during the warranty period, but now it's out of warranty because they didn't do their jobs.

I bought a *** fifth wheel from Manteca Trailer & Motorhome. After one trip, I found lots of problems that were covered by the warranty. I took the unit to the dealer in June for repairs, two months after buying it. The unit just sat there for a month, and they only did some small fixes from the list. Then, on September 19th, I returned the unit to the dealer for more repairs and to address some other issues. But now, it's been an extra six weeks and my *** is still in the shop. I don't know what's going on because Manteca Trailer hasn't responded to my emails or calls. I even went to the dealer in person, but the service agent wasn't there, and nobody could give me an update on the unit. I demanded a phone call tomorrow to know the status.

On June 1, we took our trailer to Manteca Trailer & Motorhome for the second round of outside coating and to fix a protruding bolt in the floor. The cap molding was leaking, causing water to drip down the side of the trailer right over a power outlet. They also repaired a drawer in the bedroom that wouldn't close properly. However, while fixing the bolt, they accidentally damaged the kitchen cabinet. We also asked them to inspect the oven, and they told us that the valve was faulty.

On June 29, as per Manteca's request, we went to pick up the trailer, even though some repairs were still pending. During the walkthrough, we discovered that there was additional damage to the exterior that happened while it was at their facility. We have been trying to reach them for over three months now, leaving multiple messages, but no one has returned our calls. We did manage to speak to *** twice, and he admitted that he made a mistake and apologized, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

I bought my Travel Trailer from this dealership. I also bought the extended warranty (Service contract) for $2200.00. After doing a lot of research, I found out that the company they use is not reputable and has a lot of bad reviews. So, I sent a letter to the business canceling my extended warranty (Service contract). According to the fine print, you have 60 days to cancel without penalty and get a full refund. I did that on July 6. I didn't get a response from the business. I sent a second cancellation notice the next week and finally got a response from the business saying that my money would be refunded. Well... It's been four weeks and I still haven't received my $2200 refund. I'm paying interest on the outstanding balance, which is really frustrating. They took my money quickly and opened the loan within a day or two, but I can't get a refund in the same amount of time.

We bought a used trailer from them and we thought everything was good to go. We were told it was inspected. The skylight started to leak and we had several other issues. We didn't think much of it because we bought the warranty. We went to Manteca trailer to get everything fixed. We were told that there were issues on the roof and that they didn't inspect the roof when they sold it to us. They then said it is not relevant that they did not inspect the roof because we should be doing yearly maintenance anyways and it doesn't matter that it wasn't fixed before we took it. I was then told that there was rain last year and I should have brought it in then. I explained I could not do that because my daughter was in the Navy and in the hospital I did not have time to deal with the warranty issues on my trailer. He said it doesn't matter. They also had me unlock my trailer because they don't want to worry about finding the keys later.
