I bought a trailer from Load Runner Trailers, LLC in May
I bought a trailer from Load Runner Trailers, LLC in May . Now, let's talk about the quality of this trailer. I got myself a 6 x 12 utility trailer with steel mesh on the sides, about 2 ft high. From a distance of 10 ft, it looks pretty good. However, there are some issues. The wood they used for the deck cracked in six different spots. It seems like they didn't install it properly and used cheap wood. I had to rewire the entire trailer because all the wires came loose from their mounts and harnesses. It was a real hassle. On top of that, the gate fell off twice while I was driving, which was a major hazard. I spoke to the local trailer supplier and service station, and they told me that this trailer is not even safe to be on the road. They advised me to get my money back. There were weld breaks, wiring failures, and the trailer itself was extremely poorly built. They told me I had a "like a year warranty on the trailer," but despite calling them six times and leaving five messages, I haven't received a call back. I'm so frustrated. I'm planning to reach out to the Florida Attorney and coordinate with Pennsylvania's Attorney General to address their selling practices, poor design, lack of ethics, and overall terrible products.

I've been trying to get an estimate to replace the drive on fender for about 4 weeks now, maybe even longer
I've been trying to get an estimate to replace the drive on fender for about 4 weeks now, maybe even longer. I haven't received any return calls from Load Runner Trailers, LLC. Frustrated, I decided to call their Ft. Lauderdale location. They informed me that they couldn't provide an estimate. It's disappointing that I can't even get a simple phone call back from the dealer. I'll definitely reconsider doing business with them in the future!
This company ain't good to do business with
This company ain't good to do business with. I bought a trailer and I live outta state. They charged me Florida state tax when they shoulda charged me Georgia state tax 'cause that's where I live now. This guy George, the sales manager, won't pick up my calls and won't fix the problem.
I wish I didn't have to give any stars
I wish I didn't have to give any stars. I bought a trailer, and on the same day, the trim came off and got stuck in the tire. It was a dangerous situation that could have harmed my husband, infant, and two other children in the truck. The tire was dragging because it was lodged in the trailer. The people at Load Runner Trailers initially denied the issue, but after I sent them pictures, they are now trying to figure it out. However, they expect us to drive back two hours with a scary and faulty trailer. It's very unprofessional.
I bought a 12' enclosed double axle from Load Runner Trailers, LLC
I bought a 12' enclosed double axle from Load Runner Trailers, LLC. Just 2 days later, on my first trip, one of the tires blew out after driving less than 200 miles. I had to take it to a service center and pay to replace the tire. The tire shop told me it was a faulty tire and stem. But when I contacted their service person, they were rude and said it wasn't covered by warranty. I asked to speak to the owner, but no one contacted me. I even called my sales person, Santa, and explained everything again. He said he would talk to his boss and try to work something out. But it's been a week and still no contact. Whenever I call their phone, it always goes to an answering machine.
We got a triple axle gooseneck cargo trailer from Load Runner Trailers, LLC
We got a triple axle gooseneck cargo trailer from Load Runner Trailers, LLC. We had to stay in Florida for a while because of Covid before heading back up north. The trailer was empty except for two trikes. The rear door/ramp was really hard for me to latch or unlatch, only my husband could manage it. We figured out that the door was a bit bent, even though we hadn't put anything heavy on it besides the bikes. When we called the dealership, the owner was mean and aggressive, saying, "You've had the trailer for 2 WEEKS, I've never heard of anything like this unless you put something too heavy on it. This is the absolute WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!"
Just had a call with the owner of this business, after getting the run around about the sale they're advertising on a 6x12 utility trailer
Just had a call with the owner of this business, after getting the run around about the sale they're advertising on a 6x12 utility trailer. Possibly the rudest person I've encountered. Can't believe he owns a business and it makes sense why all his employees act the way they do, they know he'll support them. I asked on Facebook, no response. Drove 2 counties over to their ORLANDO location, saw the same trailer being advertised for $1,979 but selling for $2,300. Naturally, I asked about the price difference, they said it's a different model. I start the paperwork as I'm ready to pay cash, the price suddenly jumps to $2,700. At that point, I get up from the table with my debit card and leave. I checked their website and what do I see? The same trailer with the mentioned differences on sale from $2,759 down to $1,979. Load Runner Trailers is trying to blame the pandemic for the price increase, saying the manufacturer is at 25% capacity, yet they're selling over 15 trailers a day according to the owner and their lot is packed! I'm a veteran-owned and operated small business and I don't appreciate being jerked around, then hung up on. I'll be reporting this false advertising tactic to the ComplaintsBoard.com where I'm sure they have plenty of complaints. I'd never give them a dollar of my money.
