I saw so many ads from *** about MANSCAPED and finally gave it a shot. Bought a kit with the Lawnmower, nose trimmer, underwear, a spray and rub on crop persevere (basically deodorant for your, you know). Came with a carrying bag which is nice for traveling obviously, but also keeping things organized at home is nice. Underwear is SO soft! Once you wear them and feel how good they fit in all the right places, you’re gonna want some more. I like the crop persevere because it smells good, and makes your family jewels feel nice. The spray is useful too if it’s been a long day and you’re about to have *** with someone if you know what I mean. A quick spray or two, and they’ll be appreciating how great it smells too. Trimmers are made of a quality plastic and they have some weight to them, which is reassuring that it’s not cheap junk. They both trim amazingly well, especially the Lawnmower. It has a light for extra visibility, giving you confidence while shaving your sensitive areas. I bought their Nail Trimmer Kit too which I would also recommend. Has everything you need to keep your nails short and smooth in a wallet sized pouch allowing you take it anywhere. Guys, if you wanna groom yourself and know you’re using quality products, I would highly recommend you check out MANSCAPED. I’m glad I did and maybe you will be too.

Manscaped is killing the game. We can start with the basics: Yea, it took a while to show up and be delivered, but it’s not ***. The packaging was super dope, like impressive. It made me feel like I was buying more than just a razor. I mean, I bought a whole kit, but it felt like more than just products from your ***. The lotions and *** deodorant smell great and work amazing. I wish I had a million pairs of the underwear. They’re soft and comfortable. They have yet to stretch at the legs like some cheaper pairs do or even some cotton ***. The product holds up. You’d think your junk would get sweaty in the cotton but it doesn’t. Even if it did, they send a product that will keep your *** dry and smelling good, even with sweat. The trimmer itself was great as well. Like all new razors, I was hesitant with testing it around the goods, but now, I confidently shave with no pull or cuts or scrapes. *** and *** are safe. The light is helpful as well and the fact that I can now shave in the shower is a big plus. It’s a clean shave that is gets some of the hardest hairs. I work with blind students and I teach them life skills. I have a GQ club where I teach my male students how to act and dress like gentlemen despite their visual impairments. I plan on recommending the product to my students who are terrified of shaving and cutting themselves. Limited vision has them afraid of maintaining even their facial hair. Knowing that their product is one that I trust enough to recommend to others is a BIG deal. Manscaped is a company with products that takes the fear out of shaving all together.

I bought the Lawnmower 4.0 in late 2022, but it stopped charging within two months. A new charger was provided in January 2023, but it didn't resolve the issue. Manscaped replaced the device in January 2023. However, in September 2023, the new device stopped charging. Another new charger was provided, but it failed to fix the issue. Now, Manscaped is refusing to replace the device, citing they have a 90-day warranty period unless you have a monthly subscription. I was informed that the replacement device wouldn't restart the warranty period and that the device was delivered outside the 30-day window.

1) they are purposely super unclear about signing you up for their subscription service, which takes awhile to realize you’re being charged $20 an order

2) they make it very, very difficult to cancel - and the “help” they provide on the website and elsewhere is misleading at best, not to mention you have to create an account in order to cancel. The only way I could cancel was to delete my payment method.

On top of all this, their products are mediocre at best.

While the product seems decent MANSCAPED business practices are incredibly SHADY! When you purchase their product you're automatically signed up for a reoccurring subscription to their "Hygiene Plan" ($15.00 every 3 months) Of course when you make your initial purchase, you as a consumer are UNAWARE of this fact. It wasn't until 3 months later when I received an email from PayPal stating my payment to Manscaped was processing. I Googled "unauthorized charge from Manscaped" and that's when I quickly learned of the MANY angry consumers that had the same experience. Of course, there is no number on their site to contact *** You have to create an account on their site, then *** like crazy to finally find where to cancel your subscription. Obviously this in intentional as they want to make it a pain to cancel. MANSCAPED, this is disappointing! I expected better from you. You can do better. I really liked your company and wanted to support you. You sponsor Motocross and that's typically a group of really great people. I'm disappointed in your B.S. Because of this I will NOT be recommending your product to anyone. Stop your deceitful business practices.

We're a day or two short of it being ONE FULL MONTH since my order was placed with no product being delivered. I know that the world as of today is in pandemic mode, however, I have received all other online orders within 6 days from companies that seemed like they'd be scamming me. After years of hearing about the wonders that is MANSCAPED, I figured might as well try. Completely disappointed. As somebody who works in shipping in receiving during this pandemic, our orders have been going out just fine. Is your warehouse just shut down all together? I know what shipping and receiving is like right now, I work it. So this is beyond disappointing. I don't need anymore runaround responses about catching up and how there's been an influx, I KNOW. I've been plenty nice in private emails but it's time for results. I don't know who besides Gavin at the company needs to be contacted; I need my order cancelled and money refunded, or the company to foot the bill and overnight the products for the price I've paid. I don't know how this much public negative feedback hasn't lit a major fire under this companies ***. This is far from okay, I know the process that happens at a warehouse and this is despicable.

I am glad that a Manscaped ad popped up. I don't like this new way of advertising but, this one company is an exception. I reviewed their website, customer testimonials, and blogs. I placed an order and received exactly what I requested. They kept me updated on the status of my package through email without being annoying like other companies. The products from the wash to the lawnmower to the magic mats are all quality items. I have sensitive skin and their products work well for me. I have had my initial order for almost a month now. Their emails are still coming at an acceptable rate and they don't bombard me with ads. I log into my account at least once a week to see new articles and updates. They offer great info on male hygiene. So, if no one ever taught you how to care for yourself outside of nutrition and physical activity, Manscaped is a great website to gather information. It's a great website for guys. There's humorous and serious conversations that educate you and remove the awkwardness of certain conversations and issues. I am glad I discovered Manscaped and told my boys this stuff is very necessary for your manhood. It's GENIUS! There's nothing out there as affordable and as informational all in one place like Manscaped.

Scammers. They charged your credit card REAL fast, but when it comes to shipping, refund, problems with your order, they go silent just as fast. They do not have a customer service line, you can only reach them via email (I guess that was red flag #1). I have had an issue with my order being lost in transit and they don't want to give a refund, instead they just want to ignore it. When I first reached out, the customer service agent said my issue was sent to the "management team" and to "rest assure that it will be reviewed in a timely manner and I was receive a response via email as soon as there are any updates", okaayyy - whatever that means? I tried reaching out over 10+ times via email over the past few weeks with no responses. They are definitely scammers, so let this be your warning haha buyer beware! Oh and don't be fooled by the "fantastic" reviews on their website, I tried submitting a review and of course it doesn't get published, it gets submitted to their team for approval first. (I guess that is red flag #...) who knows at this point. Just don't buy anything from manscaped. Save yourself the headache tbh! They are probably going to comment on this review saying I should "reach out to them directly via email with the order information and they will do some digging..."

Having been a Manscaped user for over a year, thought it was time to share my experiences. First off, I do not have bear like hair on my arms and back...although I do enjoy using my Manscaped to removed a good percentage of my arm air every 4-6 months. Secondly, I do shave "down there" with a razor every 1-3 days...as I find it simple and easy; however, if I did not do a near daily maintenance down there...the Lawnmower is amazing for doing most of the work. What I love best...ABOVE ALL is their cologne. Let me rephrase, what people (usually women) love is the cologne. As a loyal *** user (for me it is ***) I am picky about what scents to wear and to be frank...the Manscaped cologne was a bonus in my Lawnmower order...it was not the reason I purchased the package...BUT WOW! This cologne is truly fantastic and it continues to get me wonderful compliments everytime I wear it. So much so that I wear it almost daily. BUT...Doesn't wearing a cologne every day get costly...Well, yes if you are wearing *** but not this. It is like $50 on a re-order and it lasts months and months and months. Overall, the cost of the whole package seems almost too low considering what you receive. The Lawnmower 3.0, the travel bag, the cologne, the numerous cremes. Hate sounding like a commercial...but this is a terrific deal. Hope this helps others. Cheeers

The products I purchased arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. Honestly, I didn't think I'd ever order this particular product, so I decided to get the trimmer simply for body hair. I would use a razor on my armpits especially every couple of weeks. This product makes it so I can shave once and be alright for a month. It also contains some really excellent products like an anti-chafing lotion and spray as well as several fake newspapers (still good quality, and there's three-four of them) to use as a drop to catch hair. I've really been impressed with their customer service and products. I haven't had any complaints about anything and instead am very glad I made the order in the first place. Sure, when I made the order I didn't think I'd use half the products, but in my experience they are excellent and worth more than just casual use. The boxers themselves are incredibly comfortable, a pair I use for evenings/chilling now. I never thought I'd be here, but here I am, and I am extremely impressed with my Manscaped products. They aren't essential as much as items that you don't realize you can really use until you actually have them. It's honestly the best compliment I can give for something I never thought I would want, kind of like "Mad Max: Fury Road," the "John Wick" movies, and "Atomic Blonde." It's totally awesome and makes you feel equally awesome.

Finally a company straight for a man ! Here is the deal I been manscaping since I was 18 years old and Im 47 now , girls been shaving and all there life but when a guy does it every one freaks out dont understand why!?! But now look at it if you dont manscape then women get grossed out its about time one of us finally came up with a company and probably the best products you can find and call it manscape perfect name this company rocks I have all there products and I have a subscription to this company so no need to worry if I run out of any products cause they automatically send what I want when I want high five ? fellas for making it straight up easy for us I have the there lawnmower 3.0 which works like a champ love that razor now cause they came out with the 4.0 lawnmower I had to get it and its better than the 3.0 they have deodorant for your private area that works sooooo well and also have lotion to stop chafing and it all smells really good , there always coming out with new products all the time so there will always be something you need I just bought the grooming kit totally awesome top quality and the best carrying cases for all your products any man that *** himself would be crazy not to buy and join Manscape its totally worth it and they ship in a plain *** box in case your embarrassed but you shouldnt be this company is the best . Im a life customer to this company!

This company is something else! There is a reason they don't have a way to call and speak with someone...because their phone would be going off all day long with complaints. I purchased these products for my husband back in November as an xmas gift. Right after purchasing I went back into my account to cancel the auto renewal subscription they make you purchase with the package deals. Then in March, I am charged for refill blades. I right away contact them and tell them I canceled the auto refill back in November and would like a refund. They reply and say they will gladly be refunding my money and canceling my subscription (which was canceled to begin with!) After waiting the "7-10" business days for the refund to show up on my account I notice it never does...I start sending emails again! They then send me an email stating they are "men of their word" and my refund has been issued! After another week goes by and nothing happens...I call ***. *** then informs me there has been NO refund started by this company once so ever! And the auto refill is still in place! I have now started a dispute with *** and had them block manscaped from taking another dime from me! I have all the proof of this in emails that were sent back and forth between manscaped and myself and wish I could posted it on here so everyone can see how shady this company is...dont give them your business!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Placed my order on July 25, they did not waste any time to take my money. They say delivery time is USUALLY 2-5 business days, WRONG! According to the tracking number I received from them my order is still in GA. USPS shows that a LABEL has been generated as of 9:12 am July 31st which would be 5 business days from order. When I emailed them there 1st response was to send me a link to track my order. Which said the same as before awaiting arrival of said package. 2nd response was oh! the postal service is having computer problems and they don't know where the order is, BUT Manscape does not have possession of my order. That was Wednesday August 5 which is 8 business days from the time I placed my order. To top it off they add insult to injury by stating "Wait another 3 - 5 Business days and if it doesn't show up then contact us back!" are you serious? So today, Friday August 7 I sent off a blistering email to state that according to the postal service that they DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT have possession of package. So this is 10 Business days now! Funny thing, they didn't waste any time in sending me something I did not order and charged my card and that was a replacement blade. Now what am I gonna do with a replacement blade when I don't even have the product yet and no body with this company will get out their dead *** and if nothing else re-ship the order, DUH!

Horrible experience. I ordered from manscape on 11/30 it is now 12/19 and still no product early on I emailed asking why there were no shipping details days after my order was placed and was told I would be email when shipped. It's 2020 Manscape you should be able to track the progress better than this. I waited even longer became frankly put pissed off and decided I would rather not do business with a company that is so poor with communicating and still hadn't sent me a real update after a week nor was any expectation level set from day 1. This is not a cheap product no matter what fake reviews you read trust me to do your research it's a razor at the end of the day. So I asked to have my order canceled and received no reply the next thing I got was an email saying it was shipping. I emailed again and asked not to as I don't want the product days later I get a reply sorry you no longer want you can refuse delivery.. As if I am sitting on my front porch to tell a delivery person NO I refuse, send it back. So the reality is I will have to if and when I ever receive product have to take more time out of my life to return the product. I am writing reviews because I hope it will act as a warning to others so if they decide to buy they can reference this and other complaints with Manscaped to show their poor track record, not all the poser 4-star reviews. As I can see by going to nonbias sites I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.

I ordered The Plow 2.0 and The Shears Kit, I was very excited to see what they have to offer, sadly after ordering I saw that they had a newer version of the kit. So naturally I wanted this instead, so literally less than 5 minutes after I placed my order I sent an email explaining that I wanted to upgrade my Shears Kit to the 2.0 version. Now this was a Monday around 6pm when I had done all this. I did not receive a reply until Thursday at 3:30pm which was a "generic" type of response saying the order had already been shipped, even though we have the tracking available and it clearly states that the order did not have the shipping label created until 4pm on that same day, AFTER I HAD RECEIVED an email stating it had been shipped! The item wasn't shipped out until that following Sunday so they had plenty of time to swap out my Shears Kit for the more expensive one that I would have had no problem paying the difference on! During that "generic" email I was offered an "exclusive" 20% discount towards the purchase of the other Shears Kit, even though there was already a special for the holidays for 20% off and free shipping, was even stated in the e-mail. Now when I get the products I going to just gift them to someone since sending them back under their 30-day policy will only cost me more unnecessary money. This whole ordeal could have been avoided had the company responded in a timely manner instead of lying to me just to get me to spend more money. Maybe instead of spending your time on advertisements and influencer marketing you should instead put that effort into working on your customer service Manscaped.

The shipping process was nothing short of a nightmare. Customer service is a stone cold attrocity. Product (the trimmer) doesn't do what is advertised. The "skin safe technology" is a safety hazard. It claims not to cut you or pull hair, when in reality this can turn your "delicates" into a warzone of slices and blood. If you want your *** to look like Freddy Krueger's face even more than it already does, this is the product for you. The metal used in their manicure set is EXTREMELY cheap metal (aluminum if I were to guess from a few years of working with metal), and hasn't been sanded for safety. There are sharp edges on the product and small burrs. It stunned me at the level of quality in these products, and sure not in a good way. They were so uncooperative and unhelpful while I tried to stop them from sending the package (after two weeks of not even processing the purchase, I asked for a refund which they ignored me about for a week and then shipped it afterwards) and eventually I had to call my credit card company to have them help my deal with this. They consistently ignored my questions and after two months of this garbage, I STILL don't have answers for half of the questions I asked. You think that's enough wrong? You think thats as bad as it gets (false advertising, unresponsive "support," terrible product, *** levels of shipping times), they suppress negative reviews on their site. There's a massive amount of proof and once you see it, it's impossible to unsee. Welcome to the bottom of the barrel of companies. Save yourself some money and use literally anything else. Shave your nethers with a ***, you'll get the same result. It's rare a company can do so much wrong, it's as if they're specifically trying to be as garbage as possible. Manscaped, if you see this, you have more blood on your hands than I did after one shave with your product, which was a substantial amount. You're a horrible company, and should have a criminal investigation opened into your review suppression.
