MangoTours MangoTours' Lack of Communication and Refund Process Disappoints on Taiwan Trip

I gotta say, MangoTours really let me down on my recent trip to Taiwan. I had booked a flight with Eva Airlines as a stopover, but little did I know that Eva Airlines had cancelled all entry to Taiwan as a stopover. And guess what? MangoTours didn't even bother to tell me about this! If they had, I would have booked with another airline. But no, they just let me go ahead and book the flight, only to find out later that it was cancelled. And now, they're trying to deduct $200.00 from my refund for processing fees. Like, seriously? This is not my fault! They cancelled the flight without any prior notice and now they're making me pay for it. And to top it off, they're saying it'll take 10 to 18 weeks to refund my money. That's just ridiculous! I'm never booking with Eva Airlines again, and I'm definitely rethinking my decision to use MangoTours in the future.

MangoTours MangoTours Review: Terrible Customer Service and Glitchy Website

I gotta say, MangoTours is not the best website for booking tickets. They say they have cheap prices, but when you finally get to the point of clicking "agree," the page just says your session expired. What a bummer! So, I decided to call their 1-866 number. It took me more than 5 tries to get someone to answer the phone. And when they finally did, the customer service representative had a really bad voice. I told her about the problem I had online, and she just said that maybe they were updating the system. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer to help me book a flight over the phone. What a terrible customer service experience! I wouldn't recommend buying tickets from MangoTours.

MangoTours Unacceptable Refund Delays and Unfair Fees: My Frustrating Experience with Mango Tours

I recently had an experience with Mango Tours that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had booked a flight with them for July 2021, but unfortunately, my flight was cancelled not once, but twice. To make matters worse, Mango Tours informed me that it would take 10 to 15 weeks to receive my refund. This is an incredibly long time to wait for a refund, and it has caused me a lot of stress and financial strain.

To add insult to injury, Mango Tours charged me a processing fee and other fees totaling $113. This is a significant amount of money, and I feel that it is unfair to charge customers for fees when their flights are cancelled.

When I initially made the payment for my flight, Mango Tours quickly took the money from my credit card. However, now that my flight has been cancelled, they are taking their time to refund my money. They are using the pandemic as an excuse for the delay, but I feel that this is unfair and abusive.

In total, I will be waiting for 15 weeks or 4 months to receive my refund from Mango Tours. This is a long time to wait, and it means that I will be paying 24% APR on my credit card for four months on the $1678 that Mango Tours charged me. This is an additional expense that I was not prepared for, and it has caused me a lot of financial stress.

In my opinion, refunds should be given back within the normal time of 5 to 7 business days. Waiting for 15 weeks is unacceptable, and it is not fair to customers who have already paid for their flights.

Overall, I would advise anyone to stay away from Mango Tours. They are unfair, abusive, and they use your money before they give it back. When they do give the refund back, it takes them a very long time. I have had a terrible experience with Mango Tours, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
