I was super pumped for my one whole week getaway in PCB. It had been a whopping two years since I had been counting down the days. But when we finally arrived for check-in, something just didn't feel right, you know? They handed me the keys and I hopped on that elevator, ready to start my vacation. But as soon as I walked into the condo, I noticed something fishy. There were people already living in there! Can you believe it? I had to trek all the way back to the front desk, and boy, was I not happy.

They told me that they accidentally gave my condo to someone else. Can you imagine the nerve? I had to wait for a grueling two hours while they scrambled to find me another place in the same building. And let me tell you, when I finally opened that door, it was like stepping into a time machine back to the groovy 70's. The place was covered in sand, like a beach party gone wrong. And don't even get me started on the filth. It was downright disgusting. The bathroom doors didn't even have locks! Who wants to deal with that kind of invasion of privacy on their vacation?

But wait, there's more! The stove was broken, there were leaks on the ceiling, and the electricity was acting up. It was a hot mess, literally and figuratively. To put it simply, this place was not worth the hefty $1000 I was shelling out. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and talk to the manager. What did I get in return? A measly $169 check-in fee refund. Can you believe the audacity? It completely ruined my vacation, and now I'm here, leaving this review to warn others that it's better to find another spot in Panama City Beach to crash.

My experience was beyond unsatisfactory, and I feel like I've been taken for a ride. So, be on your guard, folks! Don't fall into the same trap I did. Find a better place to stay and save yourself the headache. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I gotta say, I am beyond disappointed with this resort management company, like seriously, they deserve a big fat zero rating! I had my hopes up for a fantastic family vacation from July 1st to the 5th, you know, quality time with the fam and all that jazz. So, I went ahead and reserved not one, not two, not three, but four condos on February 9th. I even did all the boring paperwork electronically and paid those darn deposits. And guess what? They went ahead and canceled all four of my reservations on March 17th! Can you believe it?

Now, get this, they had the audacity to tell me it was all because of some pricing error. Like, seriously? How is that my fault? So, they decided to jack up the price because apparently, the rental price was too low. Can you imagine? Now, instead of paying a reasonable $1,523.24, I gotta cough up a whopping $2,212.31! Talk about a major price hike!

But here's the kicker, folks. The management, oh boy, they are something else. They flat out refused to honor the original price that we agreed upon in those fancy electronic agreements. And get this, they had the nerve to hide a little sentence in their general terms, you know, those boring legal stuff that no one really reads. It's buried in a paragraph that talks about unruly behavior on their premises. Sneaky, huh? There's no clear clause that says they can just cancel your reservation and then slap you with an extra $170 per night!

I mean, seriously, with everything that's going on in the world right now, you would think businesses would at least try to be honest, right? But no, not these guys. They just go ahead and pull a fast one on unsuspecting customers like me. It's just not right, I tell ya.

So, if you're looking for a resort management company that actually values honesty and transparency, I suggest you steer clear of this one. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually treats their customers with respect. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I gotta tell ya, I've had a boatload of problems with Resort Collection ever since I booked my stay back in September. They went ahead and changed our room without even giving us a heads up, can you believe it? They didn't even manage the room we originally wanted. And to top it off, they tried to stick us in this god-awful room with absolutely no view. Can you say disappointing?

I must've called those folks three times before they finally agreed to switch us to a room on the 12th floor. But let me tell ya, when we arrived today, October 11th, and checked into our room, it was downright revolting. I mean, seriously, it was disgusting. There was old, moldy coffee left in the coffee maker, and an ancient K-cup just chillin' in the Keurig. The couch and love seat were covered in mold and food, and there were crumbs all over the coffee table and dining room table. And don't even get me started on the rug and floors - they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was junk scattered all over the place, and even a roach hanging out under the coffee pot. Gross, right?

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and emailed some photos to guest services. They got back to me, finally, and said they'd send someone over to do some spot cleaning. But get this, it took 'em hours to show up, long after I had already gone out and bought my own cleaning supplies to tackle the mess myself. And when the guy finally arrived, all he had was a measly spray bottle, a rag, and a garbage bag. I told him I was already in the process of cleaning, and he just shrugged and said he'd let the front desk know. Real helpful, buddy.

Let me tell ya, I ain't stayin' with Resort Collection ever again. We've been here a few times before, and we never had this many problems. It's a real shame, 'cause I used to think highly of 'em. But after this experience, I'm takin' my business elsewhere.
