Management Performance Centre Inc. rudeness

I came in the store about 5:40pm and there was a line and two cashier one a manager and the other young lady a worker the manager stated that she was going out side for a cigarette and she did leaving the cashier up front by her self with a line she was outside for about 15 minutes then she came in started talking then left back out with a customer who she called her cousin she started outside talking to her as I past her and her cousin they were outside smoking weed u could smell it on her this is why I will not be returning to this location y'all should really do better with who y'all make manager. That's not the worst part I went back in the store to get some thing else and she was standing in front the door talking on her phone still not helping the young lady this is sad.

Management Performance Centre Inc. Spam Faxes

We have called this company many, many times to have our fax number taken off their list but we still get 4-5 page faxes every 2nd day which ties up our fax machine and wastes tons of ink. I have even called the office numbers and was told they wouldn't send any more BUT THEY STILL DO. We are so fed up with this company and I hope this complaint will help. I have also filed a complaint with the Do Not Call List because I registered our number with them also.
