Main Street Renewal review: Thanks for nothing Courtney.

I was trying to rent a house with Main Street Renewal. I paid the deposit and was told I could view the house 5/31/2026. Courtney said the house was ready for tour 5/15/2026. I emailed her and asked if I could see the house Saturday or could I wait until Monday. No answer. Then I got an email that said she had sent the codes. I said where did you send the codes. She never answered. So I asked do I get to view the house today or tomorrow. No answer. So I thought Friday was the only day. I jump in my car at 11 am and was calling and emailing to get the codes. No answer. She responds when I asked about what time I had until to see the house. I was driving from Orlando to Orange Park. I got there and tried to call again. no answer. She must have left early on that day. 7 hours in the car for nothing. She is extremely lazy and rude.
