Anyone that looking to rent a home from this company, don't. I tried to rent from them, they gave me hard time when it came to improving my income for my second job. I sent all the paystub and employment verification that because I don't have direct deposit with that company, but I sent proof of paystub and bank statement from other company. As of today now they asking for more proof from my second job after I send in everything the website list and what they email me for. I do get paid more from my second job. But for personal reason i'm not able to go full time with them, I have to work part time. If you don't want the headach trying to rent from this company don't waste your time. It's many more rental company that won't give a hard time like this one.

Recommendation: Will never
