Main Street Renewal review: No resolve

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and resolution from this property management team. A request for duct cleaning and air quality concerns was submitted about a month ago, and the issue still has not been resolved.

I have asthma and have been experiencing respiratory concerns, yet the property has not taken the necessary steps to address the condition of the vents and HVAC system. Instead of resolving the problem, I was given three vendor recommendations, none of which provide duct cleaning services, causing further delays.
