I am not happy, We moved out End of May 2026 . Expecting to have a few charges for Damage, Like 2 Doors and Some broken blinds. The usual.. And we are getting Charged for Painting the walls... mind you we were there for 4 1/2 Years! That should be normal wear, They are charging us for Lawn Care! My Husband mowed the weekend prior to us moving out. And they are also charging us for Trash removal! We took everything to the end ready for trash day, And did not leave any trash behind ! The only thing that we should of been charged for was a cleaning fee. They were gonna charge that anyway! I have video proof of the condition of the home too. And they never gave us back our signed move in slip to compare. Will never use them again if we don't get our 1,200 Back at least for the fraudulent charges they are trying to stick us with ! Took the whole $1,670.00 Deposit. Also they don't treat your emergency like one! No AC for 4 Days is crazy. I had to Walk up to their office my self to get someone to come out.

Claimed loss: $1,213.29

Desired outcome: To get our Fair share of the deposit back that we should of not been charged for fraudulent charges!
