This rental company sucks so much. They will lie to you and say they are "getting the property ready" and make you wait a week and then when you get to the property, absolutely nothing has been done. Filthy house, unsafe electrical setup in the house, no accountability. I had to pay $350 to have the house cleaned before move in and then I had to have them come out (took over a week) to have the electrical fixed because half the house didnt work. Not only that but they will drag on any and every request you put in with them. They will not submit the proper paperwork to the city to have the utilities switched into your name which will cost you a bunch of money and they will be extremely vague with their answers and responses. They will charge you for bs things like not having their address correct on your renters insurance wven though they move offices every year and fail to mention or update their address in your portal. This company is the epitome of criminal and they should not be in business. They use predatory practices and will not cooperate with you. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a rental property.

For anyone considering a property from this company, it would be smart to document everything before moving in. Take photos and videos during the walkthrough, test outlets, lights, appliances, plumbing, locks, heating, and cooling, and ask for any promised repairs in writing before accepting the home.
If there are later issues with cleaning costs, utilities, renter’s insurance, or maintenance fees, keep screenshots from the resident portal, emails, receipts, and request numbers. Having that paper trail can make it much easier to dispute charges, request reimbursement, or escalate unresolved safety concerns to the proper local housing or code enforcement office.
