Lululemon Athletica review: This brand won't exist in 10 years

Lululemon used to be known for their quality of their clothing, and their generous exchange policy. I say "exchange" because I understand that people should not be asking for a return if they don't have the receipt or if the return is too old. They did not inform customers of this. They also do not take exchanges without a receipt or misspell the person's info when they are purchasing something. I had a defective item and they would not let me exchange it due to this. They will not reopen my case due to "making a decision," when I realized the Lulu employee put in my email incorrectly, resulting in me not having proof of the purchase. It is very unfortunate. Especially those with foreign sounding names. The leggings also pile or pill (little white dots) easily on the black. Their sizing is also very small. They also won't get off the "high rise" legging train, which is a pain in the butt. Their openings to shorts the legging kind are narrow and the leggings roll up. In summary, if you're not thin and have a weird name in your email, you will get pissed and struggle with this company.
