It's amazing that I have to wait 3-5 Business days for a sweat collection agent to get back to me in regard to attaching a new email address to my account that I have had for almost 10 years.

I have a 700.00 order that I can't purchase. In the world of technology howe is this not possible to deal with live time. To top it off when I asked why it take this long, she just hung up...

I work in an EMS service that runs 300,000 (911 Calls a year) wish I could just hang up on people and not help them.

Be better LuLulemon.

Desired outcome: Better service, increased problem solving (this issue shouldn't take 3-5 days to fix).
