Who in the world treats customers like this? I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care. I've been waiting for my order for a whole week and a half now, and what do I get? Zilch. Nada. Not even a single response to my emails. Can you believe it? I sure can't.

I stumbled upon Lulu and Georgia's website (luluandgeorgia.com) and thought, "Hey, this looks like a cool place to shop for some home decor." Little did I know that I was in for a major disappointment. I placed my order, all excited and stuff, thinking that I'd receive some updates along the way. But boy, was I wrong.

My deliveries came right on the time that was stated by them in the invoice! I was skeptical cuz I spent a couple of thousand dollars at this place and I wasn't sure if I'll get my products on time but they did. I spoke to some one from the place as well and they assured me that I will get the products on time. So happy with them!

On a side note, I must mention the additional frustration I encountered with their so-called "white glove delivery" service. Despite paying an extra $150 for this premium service, the delivery personnel refused to remove the mold-infested sofa from my apartment. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to demand an additional fee simply because I reside on the second floor. I was left dumbfounded and utterly outraged by this outrageous demand.

In conclusion, I strongly caution against engaging with Lulu and Georgia. Their lack of responsiveness, disregard for customer satisfaction, and unprofessional behavior are simply intolerable. Spare yourself the headache and seek out alternative vendors who will provide you with the quality service and products you deserve.
